Linking a transaction with a merchant to an interaction with an augmented reality advertisement
Customers receive an incentive with use of an installed cellphone app to image an AR-bearing ad. Matches between data from the customer's accounts for each merchant are compared to the data in association with the customer's logical identifier for their cellphone, and particularly with each incidence of a rendering on their display screen of an AR view of a product advertisement containing the AR-triggering symbol to initiate the corresponding AR enhanced view of the ad. An example apparatus disclosed herein includes a data input interface to access different sets of initial adjustment factors, the initial adjustment factors generated to correct at least one of misattribution or non-coverage of media impressions logged by a database proprietor, a grouping controller to identify a first set of the initial adjustment factors as a set of donor adjustment factors based on (a) first audience members associated with the set of donor adjustment factors satisfying a first threshold and (b) first impressions associated with the first audience members satisfying a second threshold, and identify a second set of the initial adjustment factors as a set of recipient adjustment factors, and an imputation factor generator to generate imputation factors to correct ones of the recipient adjustment factors based on ones of the donor adjustment factors.
LOCATION DETERMINATION USING ANONYMOUS BROWSER DATA
Systems, methods, and apparatus are described herein for determining a location from anonymous data. For example, a computing device may receive anonymous data associated with a browser session initialized by a user via a browser on a user computing device. The computing device may determine that the user has not been assigned a unique identifier. The computing device may determine whether the user opted-in to location tracking. If the user opted-out of location tracking, the computing device may determine a latitude coordinate and a longitude coordinate of the user computing device during the browser session. The computing device may identify a physical address for the user based on the latitude coordinate and the longitude coordinate, for example, using a map application programming interface (API). The computing device may assign the unique identifier to the user. The computing device may associate the unique identifier to the physical address.
Crowd-sourced activity processing
Users form custom-defined communities for performing a defined activity amongst themselves. An actor defines the activity and restrictions associated with the activity. Members of the community place requests for the actor to perform member-specific actions during the activity on behalf of the members. The actor performs the activity with the member-specific actions and arranges procurement of results associated with each of the members. The actor and the members may also settle up with one another at least upon procurement. The activity is crowd sourced within the custom-defined community, thereby reducing the need for the members to each individually perform the activity.

A specific implementation solution is: acquiring, from map application data, geographic location point active data in N historical time frames before a to-be-predicted future time frame respectively for a to-be-predicted region, the N being a positive integer; and inputting feature vectors of the geographic location point active data in the N historical time frames before the to-be-predicted time frame into a pre-trained economic state prediction model, to obtain economic indicator data of the to-be-predicted region in the to-be-predicted time frame. An economic state of the to-be-predicted region in the to-be-predicted time frame can be predicted, thus providing a reference for policy making in advance.

Embodiments of the method, apparatus, and non-transitory computer readable medium include monitoring online activity corresponding to a plurality of users; receiving aggregate marketing data for a marketing activity; identifying online activity data for a time period corresponding to the marketing activity based on the monitoring; generating a regression model based on the aggregate marketing data and the online activity data using Bayesian regression, wherein the regression model represents a relationship between the marketing activity and the online activity, comprises a time effect coefficient, and is based on a prior distribution of the time effect coefficient that decays to zero as time increases; and estimating a treatment effect for the marketing activity on the online activity based on the regression model, wherein the treatment effect comprises a rate of effect decay.
