In an exemplary embodiment, a vehicle is provided that includes an internal camera, one or more external systems, a display system, and a processor. The internal camera is configured to obtain internal camera data pertaining a gaze of a driver inside a vehicle. The one or more external systems are configured to obtain external data as to a region of interest outside the vehicle corresponding to the gaze of the driver. The processor is coupled to the internal camera and the one or more external systems, and is configured to at least facilitate providing feedback pertaining to the region of interest to a driver of the vehicle via the display system based on the internal camera data and the external data.

A computer-implemented method for directing transaction rewards may comprise receiving, via a user device associated with a user, user preference data regarding a preferred merchant list including one or more merchants and reward criteria for each of the merchants, wherein the preferred merchant list defines a priority of the one or more merchants and the reward criteria defines a dynamic reward for each of the one or more merchants based on the priority on the preferred merchant list; receiving transaction information from a first merchant; determining, via one or more processors, if the first merchant is one of the one or more merchants on the preferred merchant list; and in response to determining the first merchant is on the preferred merchant list, determining, via one or more processors, a reward based on the transaction information; and transmitting, via the one or more processors, the reward to the first merchant.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRACKING LOCAL BUSINESSES VISITED BY A USER
A method and system is provided for identifying local businesses visited by a user. Location and movement data for a user is analyzed to identify points of interest (POIs) visited by a user, and POIs which were not visited while the user travelled to the visited POIs. The POIs are categorized as corresponding to local businesses or national/global businesses, and local business metrics are generated according to frequencies in which the user visits local businesses and/or passes over national/global businesses in favor of local businesses. Then the local business metrics are presented on the user's client computing device along with a heat map indicating frequencies in which the user visited businesses within a geographic area, and/or a cool map indicating frequencies in which the user passed by businesses within the geographic area.

Some techniques employed feature a subscription-based method for presenting commercial resources to a mobile device. The method involves receiving mobile device user information relating to a geographic location to locate one or more merchants within a subscription-based shopping network, and receiving mobile device user information relating to a merchant type within the subscription-based shopping network.
