Distribution of fractional equity rewards based on purchase behavior

Herein disclosed are systems and methods for distributing fractional equity rewards to users of a loyalty platform based on tracked user loyalty purchases. The disclosed systems and methods may reduce time between a user loyalty purchase and distribution of a fractional equity reward determined based on the user loyalty purchase. In one example, by maintaining a pre-purchased supply of shares within an inventory account of the loyalty platform, and by distributing fractional equity rewards to user accounts on the loyalty platform from the pre-purchased supply, a reduction in reward distribution time may be enabled. Further, by maintaining the pre-purchased supply of shares of stock within the inventory based on a running average rate of fractional equity reward distribution, and predicted events, the amount of stock in the inventory may be intelligently controlled to reduce excess inventory, while reducing a probability of reward distribution delay.

A system for recycling materials at recycling facilities comprises a processor and memory storing instructions. When executed by the processor, the instructions cause the processor to register the recycling facilities and the persons that recycle the materials at the recycling facilities, and to purchase a plurality of securities including securities associated with the recycling facilities and securities of interest to the persons. The instructions cause the processor to receive, from a first recycling facility of the recycling facilities, in response to a first person of the persons recycling the materials at the first recycling facility, a value of the recycled materials and identifying information of the first recycling facility and of the first person. The instructions cause the processor to allocate a portion of the plurality of securities to an account associated with the first person based on the value of the recycled materials.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RISK MANAGEMENT IN A GEOGRAPHICALLY DISTRIBUTED TRADING SYSTEM

A computerized trading system includes a master node and a plurality of regional nodes, the master and regional nodes each including a processor and memory, and where the master node is communicatively coupled to each of the regional nodes over a network. The master node and regional nodes are programmed to perform a method for updating limits for each of the regional nodes, where the master node maintains a global limit and a ratio representing a proportion of the global limit allocable to each of the regional nodes. The master node allocates to each regional node a local limit that is a proportion of the global limit in accordance with the ratio, and monitors the local limit utilization at each of the regional nodes. When the master node detects one or more events, the master node allocates a new local limit to one or more of the regional nodes.
