Systems and methods for facilitating loyalty reward environments
Systems and methods are provided for offering loyalty rewards for transactions. One exemplary method includes associating, by a computing device, a merchant with a group of reward offerors, and associating, by the computing device, a consumer payment account with a group of reward offerees. The method also includes receiving, by the computing device, and advertising to the reward offerees, a reward offer from the merchant; receiving a transaction associated with the merchant and with the consumer payment account, and identifying, in a data structure, the merchant as a member of the group of reward offerors and the consumer payment account as associated with the group of reward offerees. The method then further includes, based on the advertised reward offer and on the identified merchant, updating, by the computing device, a loyalty reward account associated with the consumer payment account.
Modifying Existing Instruments without Modification of Unique Identifier and Immediate Benefit Availability
The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automatically modifying a financial product associated with a user, where the modified financial product is associated with an updated benefit at a partner system. One example method comprises receiving an indication of acceptance associated with a particular partner-related product for replacing a current product associated with a first customer. At least one term or condition associated with the particular partner-related product different than terms or conditions associated with the at least one current product are identified, including a change to at least one benefit associated with the partner system. The terms associated with the current product are modified without changing the unique identifier, and an indication of the at least one updated benefit associated with the partner system is transmitted to the partner system for immediate usage by the first customer.
System and method for targeted marketing and consumer resource management
Systems and methods are provided for providing targeted marketing to goods and services provides and consumer resource management services to consumers. An example system and method for targeted marketing comprises collecting transaction data from point-of-sale (POS) terminals and using a consumer identifier in the transaction data to access stored information about the consumer. This information may be used to target offers and advertisement to the consumer. In an example system for consumer resource management, a consumer may configure a consumer account on the enterprise infrastructure via a web-site. The consumer may use the consumer account to purchase and configure gift cards that may be used for purchasing goods and services. A universal transaction identifier may be associated with the consumer account and used to purchase goods and services from more than one selected goods and services providers.
Systems and methods for providing risk based decisioning service to a merchant
A computing device for providing risk-based decisioning to a merchant during payment card transactions is provided herein. The computing device is programmed to receive, from the merchant, transaction data associated with a payment card transaction. The computing device is further programmed to compute a risk score for the payment card transaction based at least in part on the transaction data and infrastructure data associated with the payment card transaction. The computing device is also programmed transmit an indication of acceptable risk to the merchant if the risk score satisfies a first pre-defined threshold. The computing device is still further programmed to initiate an authentication challenge of the suspect consumer if the risk score satisfies a second pre-defined threshold.
Systems and methods for interfacing with a website to modify content
The field of the invention relates to systems and methods for interfacing with a third party website. In one embodiment, a computer system is configured to directly interface with a website via a webpage to change certain numerical values through the use of digital codes. The digital codes are applied to a data entry interface on the webpage, and the responses are monitored and transmitted back to a server system.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HASHTAG EMBEDDING BASED ON USER GENERATED CONTENT FOR CREATING USER SPECIFIC LOYALTY IDENTIFIERS
Systems and methods are provided for a digital social media platform that enables embedding of hashtags in user generated content uploaded to the digital social media platform and a secure tracking of the embedded hashtags to create user specific loyalty identifiers. In one aspect, a method includes receiving media content and at least one set of metadata, each set of metadata identifying information associated with a corresponding element within the media content; generating a hashtag for the corresponding element based on a corresponding set of metadata; embedding the hashtag within the media content; publishing the media content with at least one embedded hashtag; tracking engagements of one or more users with the media content having the at least one embedded hashtag to yield a set of statistics; and generating a user specific loyalty identifier for a user associated with the media content, based on the set of statistics.
Methods and systems for regulating operation of units using encryption techniques associated with a blockchain
Methods and systems for regulating generation of units according to at least one encryption technique associated with a blockchain are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system includes a communication device configured to communicate with a computing device executing an application and a processor configured to execute instructions to perform operations. The operations include receiving transaction information describing a transaction; based on the transaction, determining product awards for at least one product awards program for the transaction; using the blockchain, determining a real-time conversion rate for the transaction, where the real-time conversion rate is regulated by the at least one encryption technique; based on the real-time conversion rate, converting the product awards to units; and entering into the blockchain encrypted data associated with the transaction, wherein the encrypted data is encrypted according to the at least one encryption technique.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ATTRACTING CUSTOMERS WITH DIGITAL REWARDS
A consumer mobile software application is designed to entice new or infrequent visitors to visit a merchant. The application may permit the consumer to register and receive reward offers from the merchant, typically only when the consumer is at the merchant's place of business. The application may store each of the merchants added to the consumer's account and track the available rewards. The application may also store anywhere dollars, which may be usable across any of the participating merchants. The anywhere dollars may be converted into a crypto currency whose value may fluctuate based on the value of such currency. The merchants accepting such currency when redeemed by the consumer may opt to auto exchange the crypto currency to dollars on their account or may choose to retain the crypto currency itself.
Rewards program
The rewards program system and method provide an efficient and effective way for customers to enroll in rewards programs, and accrue and redeem rewards at participating merchants. The system generates promotions, analyzes transaction data to identify whether a customer used a promotion, issued by the system (e.g., promotions provider), with a merchant. When the customer redeems a promotion, the system accrues reward amounts in a customer account, and allows the customer to redeem accrued rewards amounts. The system generates credit card profiles and customer profiles, and offers customers subsequent promotions based on the transaction data and/or the customer's customer profile. The system issues the customer subsequent promotions when the amount credited to the rewards account satisfies a redemption threshold. The subsequent promotions may be redeemable at merchants that have promotions issued by the promotion provider, including the merchant where the promotion was used that resulted in the credited amount.
Predicting email responses
One embodiment is a method that predicts a probability of users responding to a second email campaign based on data gathered from a first email campaign. Data from the first email campaign is applied to different models to identify attributes that are predictive of users who responded to the first email campaign. These attributes are used to predict a probability of users responding to the second email campaign.
