IDENTIFIER-BASED COUPON DISTRIBUTION
A client device detects a QR code (or NFC tag). The client device decodes the QR code. The client device determines that the data encoded within the QR code includes a URL. Based on the URL, the client device sends a first request to a first server identified by the URL. In response to the first request, the client device receives from the first server data configured to cause the client device to display, to a user of the client device, at least one of: a video or an interactive web page. Responsive to the data encoded in the QR code, the client device sends to a coupon server: identification data associated with a user of the client device, and a request for the coupon server to distribute a digital coupon for an offer associated with an identifier encoded within the QR code to an account associated with the user.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLOUD SERVICE SYSTEM RESOURCE ALLOCATION BASED ON TERMINABLE REWARD POINTS
A methods for cloud service system resource allocation based on terminable reward points includes predicting a development tendency of a point based on economic data related to point operation, and calculating a growth parameter of the reward point; calculating, based on data related to goods redeemed by using the reward point, a static parameter presenting a current status of the reward point; calculating a valuation coefficient of the reward point in combination with the growth parameter and the static parameter; calculating a point value by using the valuation coefficient and price data obtained based on the reward point and a price of the goods redeemed by using the reward point; and when obtaining the evaluated point value, comparing the evaluated point value with a current price and performing intelligent analysis on a historical status, to determine a scale of cloud service system resource allocation.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLOUD SERVICE SYSTEM RESOURCE ALLOCATION BASED ON NON-TERMINABLE REWARD POINTS
Retail pharmacy customer recognition and sales
A retail pharmacy sales system for identifying a customer and identifying which prescriptions the customer is authorized to pick up is disclosed. The system may include a retail pharmacy sales device in communication with a mobile device. The retail pharmacy sales device is configured to identify the customer, receive acknowledgement for the prescriptions, and process the payments for the prescriptions based on communication with the mobile device.
JOINT OPTIMIZATION FOR SOCIAL CONTENT DELIVERY OR DISSEMINATION
Various communication systems may benefit from optimized delivery or dissemination of information. For example, various wireless networks including heterogeneous wireless may benefit from joint optimization for social content delivery or dissemination over such networks. A method can include selecting content to deliver according to user reward values given wireless capacity constraints. The method can also include delivering the content to a plurality of users via a wireless network comprising different transmission modes.
Incentive-based check-in
Apparatus, systems and methods provide incentive-based usage of an audio recognition system. In an aspect, a system is provided that includes a query component configured to receive an audio sample from a device and a recognition component configured to determine an identification of the audio sample. The system further includes a reward component configured to identify a reward associated with the identification of the audio sample, wherein the query component is further configured to provide a query result to the device, the query result comprising the identification of the audio sample and the reward associated therewith.
Multi-Factor Authentication and Post-Authentication Processing System
An end-user computing device may utilize an imaging device to capture input from an electronic tag of a physical asset. The end-user computing device may generate supplemental digital data associated with the input. The end-user computing device may transmit the input and the supplemental digital data to an authentication and digital assets server. The authentication and digital assets server may authenticate the physical asset and transmit the authentication results to the end-user computing device, which may display the authentication results. If the authentication of the physical asset is successful, the authentication and digital assets server may select one or more digital assets and transmit the one or more digital assets to the end-user computing device. The end-user computing device may display the one or more digital assets.
SERVER DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING PROMOTION REWARD CONTENT TO BE GRANTED TO A CUSTOMER
A server according to an embodiment determines a reward based on a transaction. Promotion setting information includes, for each promotion for granting rewards to a customer: a condition under which the corresponding promotion is implemented, a reward content to be granted to the customer in connection with the corresponding promotion, and an application method indicating how the reward content is to be granted to the customer when the at least one condition of the corresponding promotion overlaps with the at least one condition of another promotion. A processor receives, from the POS device, transaction data corresponding to a transaction. The processor determines whether the transaction satisfies the stored condition for each promotion. When the transaction satisfies the condition for more than one promotion, the processor determines the total reward content based on the corresponding stored application method. The processor outputs reward information indicating the total reward content.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING RETAIL OPERATIONS USING BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS OF NET PROMOTER CATEGORIES
Systems and methods for optimizing retail store management by identifying customers whose behaviors more likely make them to be net promoters (regardless of the buying habits), by using enhanced customer segmentation and responsive detailed customer behavioral modeling systems to create behavioral promoter scores capable of sensitivity segmentation, and to detect key drivers (price, promotion, choice, quality) that have potential opportunity for improvement. In addition, the system is capable of determining the reason why the area is performing in a given manner and how the retailer may improve the performance of the area.
System and method for media trade-in
A system and method for media trade-in exchange. The apparatus comprises a kiosk that allows a user to provide a plurality of media items to the kiosk for verification and analysis and then calculate the exchange redemption value. The exchange redemption value is calculated based on the physical damage of a media item, the included media item packaging, the included media item documentation, and the authenticity of the media item. The user may then choose to receive the redemption value in a plurality of options comprised of cash, debit, store credit, reward points, gift card, eCodes, or may alternatively, decline to accept the redemption value offer and have the media item returned to them.
