According to an embodiment, a point management device for a multi-store commercial facility includes a processor and a communication interface to connect to a plurality of payment terminals in a plurality of stores of the facility. The processor acquires a notification of points granted to a member of a loyalty program for a transaction at a payment terminal in the plurality payment terminals, updates the points of the member based on the notification, and determines if the points of the member satisfy a benefit granting condition. When the points satisfy the benefit granting condition, the processor sends a benefit provision notification to the payment terminal if the payment terminal is a first-type terminal but not if the payment terminal is a second-type terminal.
Technical Improvements to Payment Card Linked Rewards Programs
A rewards system operator receives one or more files from a payment card processor containing payment card transaction information for qualifying payment card transactions made with linked payment cards at one or more merchants participating in a rewards program. The rewards system operator directly debits the merchants for any fees owed under the rewards program. A system and method for operating a reward points accumulation and redemption program wherein a user earns rewards from a plurality of independent reward issuing entities, with each tracking the user's earned rewards. A trading server accumulates some or all of the user's earned rewards from the reward servers and credits the accumulated rewards into a single reward exchange account associated with the user. The user may then select an item for purchase with the accumulated rewards. The item is provided to the user in exchange for a subset or all of the rewards. Reward points may also be redeemed in exchange for services, such as the playing of a video game or Internet access.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CARD LINKED REWARD ACCOUNT
A system and method for a user to have a credit card, debit card, or stored value card that is linked to their reward points account in such a way as to permit them to pay for purchases with a merchant by using the card, wherein the merchant uses the existing credit card payment infrastructure as if payment were being made/authorized by a bank linked to the credit card or debit card account, but in fact the card is linked to the user's reward points account. In this manner, the user and merchant can use the reward points account to pay for purchases in a seamless manner whereby reward points are used for consideration rather than or as a supplement to cash and traditional credit.
Systems and methods for executing ecommerce express checkout transactions
Systems and methods are disclosed for executing an electronic transaction using a digital wallet. One method includes receiving an express checkout request and electronic transaction data from an electronic transaction browser. The digital wallet system may determine whether a user is enrolled in the digital wallet system. The digital wallet system may transmit a verification request to the electronic transaction browser upon determining the user is enrolled in the digital wallet system. The digital wallet system may receive a verification response from the electronic transaction browser. The digital wallet system may generate a graphical interface including predetermined user data. The digital wallet system may complete an electronic transaction based on the user response.
Systems and methods of locating and selling items at attended delivery/pickup locations
A system and method for locating nearby attended delivery/pickup locations with a particular item in stock is described. The system receives a request from an individual to purchase a particular item from an on-line retailer. The system receives information associated with attended delivery/pickup locations, including location and inventory information. The system then determines which (if any) attended delivery/pickup locations (e.g., the attended delivery/pickup locations are not the on-line retailer) are near the individual and have the particular item in stock and notifies the individual. In various embodiments, the system enables the user to purchase or reserve the particular item at the particular attended delivery/pickup location.
IDENTIFIER-BASED COUPON DISTRIBUTION
A client device detects a QR code (or NFC tag). The client device decodes the QR code. The client device determines that the data encoded within the QR code includes a URL. Based on the URL, the client device sends a first request to a first server identified by the URL. In response to the first request, the client device receives from the first server data configured to cause the client device to display, to a user of the client device, at least one of: a video or an interactive web page. Responsive to the data encoded in the QR code, the client device sends to a coupon server: identification data associated with a user of the client device, and a request for the coupon server to distribute a digital coupon for an offer associated with an identifier encoded within the QR code to an account associated with the user.
INTELLIGENT FUEL DISPENSERS
In general, intelligent fuel dispensers are provided. In at least some implementations, an intelligent fuel dispenser can determine customer identities and/or other characteristics and provide customized fueling sessions based on the determined customer identities and/or other characteristics. In at least some implementations, the fuel dispenser includes a touchless interface allowing customers to complete fueling sessions with minimal physical contact with the fuel dispenser.
