The control circuit being configured to: receive a shopping container request from a user interface device associated with the customer, determine at least one available shopping container based on data collected by the plurality of sensors, the at least one available shopping container being empty and not used by another customer, select an available shopping container based at least on a location information of the user interface device, select a motorized transport unit to transport the available shopping container, and provide instructions to the motorized transport unit to bring the available shopping container to the customer.

The server system then analyzes the stored profile information to identify one or more potential sales lead recommendations for a first member of the server system. The server system selects one or more of the identified sales lead recommendations and transmits the selected one or more identified sales lead recommendations to a client device associated with the first member of the server system.

A method and system for providing account recommendations is disclosed. A server system stores sales data for a first member, wherein sales data includes profile information for one or more individual customers. The server system analyzes the profile information for one or more of the individual customers to identify one attributes associated with the customers. The server system determines one or more additional members with member profiles that include the one or more identified attributes. For a respective additional member in the at least one of the determined additional members the server system determines, based on stored information about the respective additional member, an respective organization associated with the at least one determined additional member; and selects the respective organization as an account recommendation.
Methods and systems for simplifying ordering from online shops
Embodiments described herein simplify ordering of products from online shops. This may involve an agent server receiving captured contents of a product webpage from a client device and autonomously deriving product information therefrom. Alternatively, the agent service can receive a web address corresponding to a product webpage, and the agent server can visit the product webpage and capture its contents. The agent server then uses the derived product information to autonomously control ordering of the product for the user from an online shop, without requiring that the user have an account with the online shop, without requiring that the user enter personal and payment information in a check-out webpage of the online shop, without requiring that the user select a buy or shopping cart button associated with the online shop, and without requiring the online shop utilize an API to enable the agent server to interact with the online shop.

The method comprises initiating a call in which a human calls an organization and interacts with an interactive voice response (IVR) system that defines an interface to a database for an organization in order to obtain information from the database; generating a first audio file comprising a recording of the interaction; generating a second audio file comprising a recording of an interaction of the caller with a CVR system in order to obtain the same information from the database; presenting the first and second audio files to a decision maker in the organization who has some influence on a decision to purchase the CVR system; tracking when the decision maker accesses the audio files; and initiating contact with the decision maker once access of the audio files is established.
System and method for remote acquisition and delivery of goods
A system and method for remote acquisition and delivery of goods includes a server in communication with customer computers, such as through a user interface via the internet. The server can store customer information including billing information, and may include an image processor. A mobile delivery system in communication with the server includes an energy efficient vehicle, an image capture device, a global positioning system, a communication device and a printer. In use, a customer communicates with a mobile delivery agent via the image capture device and the communication device to remotely acquire a product. Once acquired, the delivery agent delivers the product to a designated delivery location. The image capture device can be utilized during the entire transaction. The system preferably includes a processor for optimizing system efficiencies, including selecting a delivery agent based on the product, pick-up location and delivery site.
