Overriding control of motorized transport unit systems, devices and methods

Some embodiments include apparatuses providing control over movement of motorized transport units at a retail facility, comprising: multiple self-propelled motorized transport units; a wireless communication network; and a central computer system, wherein the central computer system comprises: a transceiver; a control circuit; and a memory storing computer instructions that when executed cause the control circuit to: receive an override command, from a worker associated with the retail facility, to cause a first motorized transport unit of the multiple motorized transport units to implement one or more actions; confirm a valid authorization of the worker to override one or more operating limits of the first motorized transport unit; and override the one or more operating limits and communicate one or more instructions to the first motorized transport unit configured to cause the first motorized transport unit to implement the one or more actions in accordance with the override command.

Order management systems and methods

Example order management systems and methods are described. In one implementation, a catalog ingestion system receives data associated with multiple products offered by multiple brands. A commerce management system receives a customer order from a customer. The customer order includes at least a portion of the multiple products offered by the multiple brands. The commerce management system splits the customer order into multiple brand orders such that each brand order is associated with products in the customer order from a particular brand. An integration platform fulfills the brand orders by submitting the brand orders to the associated brands.

AUGMENTATION METHOD AND MECHANISM FOR AN AUTOMATED REAL PROPERTY MERCHANDISING SYSTEM

A system for presenting properties includes: a server, coupled to client devices via the internet, the server including: a unification module, that periodically accesses data sources for listings, where the data sources include on-market sources and off-market sources, and that retrieves the listings from the sources, converts the listings to a common format, and stores the listings in the common format, and that detects deficiencies in the listings that cannot be resolved by accessing public data sources; and an intelligence module, that receives a request from the unification module for data that can resolve the deficiencies, and that accesses an external entities database to select external entities that can provide the data, and that automatically generates requests to the external entities to provide the data, and that automatically receives the data to enable the unification module to update a parcel record in a parcel database associated with the deficiencies.

SYNCHRONIZED INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM AND GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE FOR AUTOMATED ROADSIDE SERVICE
20250278776 · 2025-09-04 ·

Systems and methods are disclosed for providing roadside service through a synchronized interactive voice response (IVR) system and graphical user interface (GUI). One method may include: receiving, based on an incoming phone call from a vehicle user device, a request for roadside service for a disabled vehicle of a vehicle user; sending a text to a phone number of the vehicle user device, wherein the text includes a link to a mobile application for roadside service requests; receiving, from the vehicle user device and via the mobile application, information associated with the request for roadside service; determining, based on a location sensor of the vehicle user device, a location of the disabled vehicle; matching a roadside service provider with the disabled vehicle based on the request for roadside service; and enabling the vehicle user to track the service status of the roadside service provider through the mobile application.

Sorting process to make negotiated rates available for prescription drugs
12400249 · 2025-08-26 · ·

An online platform and methods sort prescription drug claims for alternate fulfillment and/or discounted pricing. An electronic request for a prescription is forwarded to third-party prescription providers. In reply, proposed prices are received for the prescription. A computer processor forwards the received proposed prices for the prescription to an artificial intelligence engine. The artificial intelligence engine determines a selected one of the third-party prescription providers, based on the proposed prices. In addition, the determined selected third-party prescription provider and the proposed price are routed to the end electronic terminal in for example, a pharmacy. Embodiments include finding an alternate provider in the event of a rejected prescription claim.

Systems and methods for auto-replenishment of products using pressure mapping sensors and machine learning

Systems and methods for identifying, tracking usage of, and replenishing products on a shelf of a product storage unit include a pressure sensor array positioned on the shelf and configured to detect forces exerted on the pressure sensor array by each of the products located on the shelf. An electronic database stores reference pressure array data representative of a reference pressure data model relative to each of the products. A computing device obtains a pressure data set associated with a product that was captured by the pressure sensor array when the product was positioned on the pressure sensor array, and correlates the pressure data set associated with the product with the reference pressure array data stored in the electronic database to determine an identity of the product and a consumption level of the product, automatically replenishing the product when consumption of the product is above a set threshold.

Artificial intelligence for flood monitoring and insurance claim filing

A computer system for flood monitoring and insurance provider notification, the computer system may include one or more processors configured to: detect a flood event in a structure, transmit information associated with the structure and a prompt for flood reimbursement services to a machine learning (ML) chatbot to cause the ML chatbot to file a flood reimbursement claim with an insurance provider having an insurance policy associated with the structure via telephone by converting a text output into a voice output.

Selectively Providing Machine Learning Model-Based Services
20250307758 · 2025-10-02 ·

An online concierge system provides arrival prediction services for a user placing an order to be retrieved by a shopper. An order may have a predicted arrival time predicted by a model that may err under some conditions. To reduce the likelihood of providing the predicted arrival time (and related services) when the arrival time may be incorrect, the prediction model and related services are throttled (e.g., selectively provided) based on one or more predicted delivery metrics, which may include a time to accept the order by a shopper and a predicted portion of late orders that will be delivered past the respective predicted arrival times. The predicted delivery metrics are compared with thresholds and the result of the comparison used to selectively provide, or not provide, the predicted delivery services.
