ITEM RESOLUTION SERVICE
Systems and methods are described for providing an item resolution service. Users may add entries to an electronic list (e.g., a grocery list), via voice input, text message, or other input to a mobile, desktop, or web application. The list entries may contain general descriptions (e.g., “milk,” “eggs,” “bread,” etc.) that can be associated with various items available from various suppliers. The item resolution service may determine, for individual list entries, a specific item based on factors such as the user who created the entry, the order or browsing history of that user, the geographic location of another user (e.g., a user who is currently located at a particular grocery store), or other factors. The list entries may thus be converted to items in an electronic shopping cart, which may then be ordered for delivery, in-store pickup, or presented in a manner that facilitates acquiring the items in person.
System and Method for Evaluating Neurological Conditions
In described embodiments, a device and method for diagnosing brain and neurological issues is provided. The device measures the performance of Convergence, Divergence, and binocular tracking capabilities of a subject's eyes, which can be used to determine whether a subject has experienced a brain or other neurological event.
Method for consumption based redemption in an exchange item marketplace network
A method begins with a server in a data communication system identifying an instance for a user computing device associated with an exchange item to utilize the exchange item for acquisition of a particular item, where the exchange item has a quantifiable value and the particular item has an acquisition value. The method continues by, for the instance, determining compliance with one or more rules of a set of exchange item rules, determining that the quantifiable value of the exchange item is less than the acquisition value of the particular item, determining an alternative exchange item utilization protocol to facilitate the acquisition of the particular item such that the quantifiable value of the exchange item is greater than or equal to the acquisition value, and when requested, executing the alternative exchange item utilization protocol to facilitate the acquisition of the particular item.
Method for arbitrating encrypted electronic transactions among intermediary and authoring users only when an interaction occurs between authoring and candidate users who was exposed by the intermediary user to data published by authoring user
System and computer-implemented method of permitting or arbitrating encrypted electronic transactions to occur among an intermediary and an author in an electronic data system only when an interaction occurs between the author and a candidate who was exposed by the intermediary to data published by the author. The author publishes criteria about a candidate, and the candidate posts information about the candidate, which is ingested and married to personally identifiable information about the candidate. A score is calculated indicating a correlation between the candidate and the published criteria, and an intermediary exposes the candidate to the criteria, which is tracked. When the candidate completes an interaction with the author, an encrypted transaction is permitted to occur between the author and the candidate through a proxy, without the author knowing the identity of the intermediary who facilitated the introduction.
Method and system for implementing a food-sharing application platform
A system, platform, and method including a user interface adapted to receive a user input and communicatively connected with a communications module, a foodstuff database stored in memory including a set of available foodstuff transactions, and a controller module adapted to receive the user input receive at the user interface by way of the communications module, and configured to query the foodstuff database based on the user input, identify at least a subset of available foodstuff transactions based on the query, and send the identified subset of available foodstuff transactions to the user interface by way of the communications module.
User interface and smart contract interaction model for generating user interface representations
Embodiments described herein provide a user interface for interacting with a smart contract deployed to a blockchain. The user interface is custom-generated for each party to the smart contract. In particular, representations of actions that a particular party is enabled to perform and/or has already taken with respect to the smart contract are provided to that party via a user interface. A user experience generator queries the smart contract itself to determine which representations are to be provided to each party. The smart contract comprises functions and/or user experience annotations that indicate to the user experience generator which user interface representations should be provided to a particular user based on the party identity and/or the smart contract's state. The smart contract provides an event notification to the user experience generator, which prompts the user experience generator to query the smart contract to determine the allowed actions for a particular user.
INTERACTIVE METHOD FOR RURAL BARTER
A new interactive method for Barter destined specifically for the rural area, which refers to a new embodiment of token unbacked by computer processing. Where the Barter becomes an operation with tokenized asset associated to marketplaces/hub, social networks, and hubs, in a platform which mixes social network elements with e-commerce, with the purpose of approximating buyers and sellers who use Barter operations and further providing a space for exchange of information, with the creation and facilitating of smart contracts. Where the tokens are used for interactions with producers and suppliers in a marketplace mixed with social media, taking into account the trustfulness generated by the feedback with the social networks.
CONTROLLING A GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE BY TELEPHONE
A method and system for controlling a GUI on a user's network-connected device, the control being provided by a telephone call between the user and a speech recognition and speech synthesis system. An example of a restaurant ordering system is provided. The user calls a phone number and is guided through a verbal ordering process that includes one or more of: adding an item, deleting an item, changing quantities, changing sizes, and changing details of an item. The user's choices are added to a display so that a current status of the order is visible to the user. The GUI is updated as changes are made to the order. The GUI can also request additional information, upsell items, and show menus. The GUI aids the user in confirming that the order is correct. The system provides the final order to a restaurant for fulfillment.
Identifiable physical form, sales instruments, and information marketplace for commodity trades
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer program products for communicating a first information node between a seller and a buyer of a production share of verifiable physical goods over a central service layer. A second information node is recorded in the data store covering the verifiable physical goods, wherein the second information node is made by a guarantor in communication with the central service layer. An identifier of the second information node is associated with the first information node over the central service layer. Market information regarding the production share is translated from the first information node and the second information node accessed from the data store using the identifier and integrating the market information regarding the production share into adjusted market information, and the market information regarding the production share and the adjusted market information is transmitted to devices connected over the central service layer.
Device and method for mediating heavy equipment and system using the same
An intermediary device for mediating a transaction of used heavy equipment may be provided. The intermediary device may provide a semitransparent photographing guideline including guidance on a photographing portion and a photographing angle for photographing a heavy equipment image on a heavy equipment portion basis to a sale terminal device. When the intermediary device receives heavy equipment sales request information including at least one of a nameplate image and a registration certificate image of the heavy equipment to be sold, an appearance image, first heavy equipment information, heavy equipment location information, and a desired sale price from the sale terminal device, the intermediary device may recognize at least one of the nameplate image and the registration certificate image to extract second heavy equipment information. The intermediary device may compare the first heavy equipment information with the second heavy equipment information to authenticate the first heavy equipment information, and calculate an estimated sale price in which a commission and a tax are added to the desired sale price when the first heavy equipment information is successfully authenticated.
