Method and system of electronic bartering
A system and method for electronic bartering where users capture an image of a tradeable item, search for other tradeable items, and make a bartering offer to another user whereby the bartering transaction is recorded. The barter transactions are analyzed for consumer habits and trends information where users may be presented information calculated from the analyzed barter transactions to determine the barter value and market value of their tradeable items and how to make best estimates when to barter their tradeable items and how to improve their bartering efficiency.
Angle adjustable coulter wheel assembly
An angle adjustable coulter wheel assembly includes a rotatable shank having a longitudinal axis defined by an upper portion of the shank. The longitudinal axis is oriented neither vertically or horizontally with respect to the ground when the assembly is mounted on a tillage apparatus. A coulter wheel rotatably mounted on the shank proximate a lower portion of the shank. An actuator rotates the upper portion of the shank about the longitudinal axis to cause the face of the coulter wheel to rotate about three orthogonal axes thereby changing orientation of the face of the coulter wheel with respect to the ground when the assembly is on the tillage apparatus. The coulter wheel assembly permits adjusting the angle of the coulter wheel in at least two planes permitting greater control over how much soil the coulter wheel disturbs during tilling.
PRODUCT/SERVICE RESERVATION AND DELIVERY FACILITATION WITH SEMANTIC ANALYSIS ENABLED DIALOG ASSISTANCE
A method and system capable of authenticating transactions involving at least one service provider and one or more users who are each in electronic communication. This electronic communication can be, for example, SMS, MMS, e-mail, or online account messaging. It is an aspect of certain embodiments where the transaction is an authentication and/or verification of an entity. Examples of such entities are products, actions, and users.
OFFER RECOMMENDATIONS FOR UNSUCCESFUL BUYERS
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for offer recommendations for unsuccessful buyers. An offer recommendation system determines that an offer submitted for a listing posted to an online marketplace was unsuccessful. The offer recommendation system identifies a similar listing posted to the online marketplace and transmits a notification message to the seller that posted the similar listing. The notification message identifies the amount of the unsuccessful offer.
MULTI-PARTY NEGOTIATION IN AN ONLINE MARKETPLACE
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for a multi-party negotiation system in an online marketplace. A negotiation system determines that a total value for an item listing is greater than a target value for the item listing. The total value includes a portion that is allocated to a service provider providing a service related to the item listing. The negotiation system transmits a query to the service provider requesting that the service provider provide the service for a reduced value. In response to receiving an acknowledgement that the service provider has agreed to provide the service for the reduced value, the negotiations system generates an updated total value for the item listing based on the reduced value that is no greater than the target value.
Subscription management platforms for automated group-based subscriptions
A computing resource of a cloud computing environment receives, from customers in a customer population, requests to enroll in group-based subscriptions provided by third-party providers. The requests include customer preferences associated with the customers. The computing resource determines customer account attributes for customer accounts, and determines, using a customer matching model, scores for the customers based on the customer preferences and the customer account attributes. The scores predict a successful matching among the customers in the customer population. The computing resource assigns a first subset of the customers in the customer population to a first group of customers based on the scores, enrolls the first group of customers in a first account for a first group-based subscription provided by a first third-party provider, and allocates a payment for the first group-based subscription among a first group of customer accounts associated with customers in the first group of customers.
Normalization grid
A multi-lender architecture evaluates applicant data against lending rule sets of multiple lenders. Rule sets provided by different lenders may be expressed differently. The multi-lender architecture transforms the rules in each rule set and represents the rules in a normalization grid. The normalization grid allows a single algorithm to evaluate the rules of different lenders.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MATCHING REVERSE AUCTION BUYER BIDS TO SELLER OFFERS
The present invention is directed towards systems and methods for matching buyers to dealers of the same type of vehicle. Buyer bids are ranked based on receipt time. Buyers specify a search radius corresponding to dealers. Dealer offers correspond to an acceptable amount for the vehicle. A high price is computed for each vehicle from dealers relative to buyers based on dealer offers and MSRP. A final price is computed for each vehicle based on dealer offers, the search radius, and the high price. Final prices are ranked based on the distance from buyer to dealer and the buyer bid dealer offer difference. The match is based on the highest rank final price for the corresponding dealer to an earliest received buyer bid that has not been matched if the vehicle offered by the corresponding dealer is available.
SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS FOR MATCHING REAL ESTATE BUYER WITH USER
Systems, apparatuses, and methods for matching a user with a real estate buyer. A method may include determining whether one or more real estate property characteristics provided for a comparative market analysis meet one or more real estate buyer criteria of the real estate buyer. The method may include matching the user with the real estate buyer based on a response to a query. Additional queries may comprise specifics provided by a real estate buyer.
Negotiation platform in an online environment
A method and a system for providing a negotiation platform in the event that a listing fails by becoming inactive without the offering being sold are provided. For example, a negotiation eligibility detector may detect a failed listing of an offering. The listing may be associated with a first user and a first offer. A potential buyer detector may identify at least one potential buyer based on a user action associated with the failed listing. A negotiation manager may be in communication with the negotiation eligibility detector and the potential buyer detector. In response to the detecting of the failed listing and the identifying of the potential buyers, the negotiation manager may transmit a request to the at least one potential buyer for a second offer associated with the failed listing.
