A user interface engine generates a user interface that includes listings from users and trust scores of those users.

A first contingent asset of a first contingent asset sale request assigns a potential first liability of a first payer to a first seller. The method further includes interpreting a first authenticity indicator associated with the first contingent asset sale request to produce a first contingent asset risk level. When the first contingent asset risk level is greater than a contingency risk threshold level, the method further includes establishing first available terms for the first contingent asset based on the first contingent asset sale request, generating a first smart contract to indicate availability of the first contingent asset to include the first available terms, and causing generation of a non-fungible token to represent the first smart contract in an object distributed ledger.

The digital assistant can forward, to the third-party application invoked by the digital assistant component to execute in a secure processing environment on the computing device, the packaged data object. The third-party application can transmit, responsive to a digital component request triggered in the third-party application, the packaged data object to a digital component selector to execute a real-time selection process based on the packaged data object.

Aspects of the present disclosure perform reverse real estate searches using interactive GUIs. In some embodiments, techniques are provided to dynamically identify potential buyers (or renters) and then output those results in an interactive GUI that permits the searcher (e.g., a seller or agent) to then filter the results or update their search criteria. Further, the GUI can provide the ability for the searcher to contact potential buyers, all while remaining anonymous. Thus, the embodiments herein expand the technical benefits of using GUIs to perform real estate searches initiated by buyers (who can remain anonymous) to sellers and other agents to identify potential buyers or renters.

The computer-implemented conversational agent also receives, via a graphical user interface, an upload of an image that is associated with the information to be published. The computer-implemented conversational agent then causes publication of the information to be published and the uploaded image.

A delivery service (DS) computing device for item purchase and delivery is provided. The DS computing device displays a searchable interface that enables a user to select at least one merchant. The DS computing device receives, from the user, a selection of a selected carrier, and transmits the cart data to the selected carrier. The DS computing device generates a secure virtual account number for the selected carrier. The secure virtual account number provides access to purchase funds for use, by the selected carrier, in purchasing the selected item. The DS computing device processes a payment transaction for the at least one selected item that includes the purchase funds and a delivery service fee.

Systems and methods for a commerce platform coordinating transactions within third party applications

A method and apparatus for a commerce platform coordinating a purchase of a product sold by a merchant system through a third party application are described. The method may include receiving a notification from the third party application requesting to purchase a product from within the third party application, wherein the notification comprises an identifier for the product and an identifier for the merchant system that sells the product. The method may also include a product checkout interface having an appearance consistent with an appearance of a user interface of the third party application, and transmitting the product checkout interface generated by the commerce platform to a user device executing the third party application causing the third party application to render the product checkout interface within at least a portion of the user interface of the third party application.
