A graphical user interface (GUI) for a sponsor portal system includes a first display area that persistently displays a list of a plurality of tabs and a second display area. When the GUI is executed by a computing device of a sponsor of the plurality of sponsors, the second display area is dynamically updatable to display a scrollable list of customers of the sponsor, a list of vendors approved by the sponsor, and a list of active offers. In response to selection of an active offer, the GUI is configured to display a draft offer message and an approval control. In response to selection of the approval control, the sponsor engine is configured to transmit an interactive graphic to mobile computing devices, the interactive graphic configured to communicate information to the mobile computing devices for display on a screen of limited size.

Transaction Recommendation and Purchasing Engine

A computing system retrieves historical transaction data associated with a plurality of users. The historical transaction data includes stock-keeping unit (SKU) level data. The computing system trains a first prediction model to identify transaction patterns across the plurality of users and relationships between items to each transaction based on the historical transaction data. The computing system accesses transaction data corresponding to a first user of the plurality of users. The computing system generates a second prediction model by fine-tuning the first prediction model based on the transaction data of the first user. The computing system receives inventory data corresponding to one or more merchants with which the first user has transacted. The computing system accesses a news feed to identify upcoming events or ongoing events. The second prediction model learns a baseline spending pattern of the first user based on the transaction data. The computing system recommends a new transaction for the first user based on the baseline spending pattern, the inventory data, and the news feed.

DOMAIN-ADAPTIVE CONTENT SUGGESTION FOR AN ONLINE CONCIERGE SYSTEM
20230186361 · 2023-06-15 ·

An online concierge system uses a domain-adaptive suggestion module to score products that may be presented to a user as suggestions in response to a user’s search query. The domain-adaptive suggestion module receives data that is relevant to scoring products as suggestions in response to a search query. The domain-adaptive suggestion module uses one or more domain-neutral representation models to generate a domain-neutral representation of the received data. The domain-neutral representation is a featurized representation of the received data that can be used by machine-learning models in the search domain or the suggestion domain. The domain-adaptive suggestion module then scores products by applying one or more machine-learning models to domain-neutral representations generated based on those products. By using domain-neutral representations, the domain-adaptive suggestion module can be trained based on training examples from a similar prediction task in a different domain.

EFFICIENT SHOPPING SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR MAAS ENVIRONMENT

In an approach for generating the most optimal support execution method, a processor receives a shopping support request from a user requesting at least one product be purchased and delivered to the user while the user travels along a scheduled travel route via a public or private transportation method. A processor identifies a plurality of delivery places and a plurality of delivery times. A processor determines at least one shopper candidate who can purchase and deliver the at least one product. A processor presents, to the at least one shopper candidate, a list comprised of optimal support execution methods. Responsive to receiving an acceptance of the shopping support request, a processor sends a support task to at least one shopper. A processor enables the at least one shopper to execute the shopping support request. A processor dynamically updates one or more details of the support task.

TRACKING A PLURALITY OF CONDITIONS FOR AN EXCHANGE ITEM

A method includes a marketplace server tracking a plurality of conditions for a plurality of exchange items, where an exchange item has a record that includes an exchange item information field that includes information regarding the exchange item, a conditions field that indicates one or more conditions, and an exchange item rule field that includes one or more exchange item rules. The method further includes determining, for the exchange item, a corresponding condition is compliant with the one or more exchange item rules, wherein the corresponding condition is compliant when a value of the corresponding condition exceeds a threshold value of a corresponding rule of the one or more exchange item rules. The method further includes modifying the information regarding the exchange item based on the one or more exchange item rules and updating the record in the exchange item database based on the modified exchange item information.

A mobile station is arranged to determine its location, which is searched against street addresses from a database, and at least one matching street address is retrieved. The street address is searched on the mobile station and/or over the network. The search engine conducts a search in the mobile station file system and/or the Internet and/or a file system over the network with the at least one query term,—at least one search result is arranged to be displayed to user on the screen of the mobile station. This facilitates on-demand effortless Mobile Internet Search that allows the users to access opportunities that they did not know about, or would not have had time to find out about with minimum effort as the software of the mobile phone is scanning the Internet and information pages for these opportunities and displaying the results dynamically on the mobile phone screen.

Single sign-on through customer authentication systems

Described herein is a system, method, and non-transitory computer readable medium related to a service provider using a third party identity provider to authenticate a user with improved security. An authentication token is received from the identity provider, and can be verified against internal configuration information. The internal configuration information includes data that is not included in the authentication token, and therefore, is not vulnerable to some security attacks, such as a man-in-the-middle attack. After the authentication token is verified, the internal configuration information and authentication token may be used to create a custom identifier, referred to as an identity ID. The identity ID may be used by the service provider to verify user access to resources.

Facilitation of the Distribution of Scientific Data

A technology that facilitates distribution of scientific data are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain scientific data from sci-data gathering devices; analyze gathered sci-data to identify and categorize relevant scientific elements in the gathered sci-data; offer the analyzed sci-data via a marketplace in exchange for a monetary value; and deliver the analyzed sci-data via the marketplace in exchange for an acceptable monetary value.

Auto listing creation for marketplaces

Systems and methods for recommending and implementing network documents for users to offer items in a marketplace may be provided. A system can obtain user data that includes an item offered by a user in a first electronic marketplace. For example, the system can identify and catalog items offered by a particular user. The system can identify a second electronic marketplace for the user to offer the item. The system can determine implementation information for the second electronic marketplace. The system can generate a network document for the at least one item that is configured to be presented in the second electronic marketplace based at least in part on the implementation information.
