An online concierge system allows users to purchase items from warehouses and delivers the purchased items to the users. When displaying items offered by a warehouse, the online concierge system predicts an availability of the items at the warehouse using a trained model. When displaying items offered by the warehouse to a user, the online concierge system accounts for the predicted availabilities of different items. For example, the online concierge system determines scores for different items at the warehouse based on relevance to the user and adjusts a score for an item by its predicted availability. The online concierge system uses the adjusted scores for items when displaying items, demoting positions in an interface in which items with lower predicted availabilities are displayed. Additionally, the online concierge system may display a visual indication of a predicted availability of certain items, such as items with less than a threshold predicted availability.

A computer-implemented method for providing a user interface to a user includes receiving wearable article data describing wearable articles for physical shipment to users via electronic interactions; generating a user interface for an electronic transactions platform based at least on the received wearable article data; causing display of the user interface depicting one or more of the wearable articles; receiving a selection of a wearable article of the displayed one or more wearable articles via the user interface; determining a condition of the selected wearable article at least based on the received wearable article data in response to the selection; reserving the selected wearable article for a predetermined period of time in response to the selection; updating and causing display of the user interface depicting the selected wearable article and the determined condition; and determining whether the selected wearable article is purchased or borrowed during the predetermined period of time.

In various example embodiments, a system and method for a cross selling platform are presented. A request for a product listing triggered by a user may be received. The request for the product listing may include product information corresponding to an in-store product located at a store of a merchant. A related product listing may be identified based on the product information. Each product listing of the plurality of product listings may correspond to a merchant product. The product listing may be recommended to the user for sale.

A real estate database search and real estate transaction system and method are disclosed. The system includes a server and a mobile device running a software application. In response to a search request from the mobile device, the server determines an initial set of listings from a listings database. The mobile device displays a sequence of questions to a buyer user to narrow the initial set of listings to a focus target number of listings. The user answers the questions by swiping a touch screen display of the mobile device in a selected direction, and the server narrows the listings until the target number is reached. The focused selection of listings is displayed to the buyer user in an interactive format allowing the buyer user to request a showing, transmit a purchase offer, negotiate a purchase contract with a seller, and generate the negotiated contract.
