AR SYSTEM FOR ENHANCED BOOK COVERS AND RELATED METHODS
An AR system may include a mobile wireless communications device configured to operate an image sensor to generate image data of a book cover from a given book. The AR system may include a server configured to store a database for different books and having book cover images respectively for the different books, and AR data sets respectively for the different books. The server may be configured to receive the image data of the book cover of the given book, and compare the image data with each of the book cover images to determine a matching book cover image and a matching AR data set from the database. The mobile wireless communications device may be configured to receive the matching AR data set from the database, and render, on a display, the image data of the book cover from the given book combined with the matching AR data set and a matching price.
SMART SERVICE ROUTING USING MACHINE LEARNING
At least one computer-readable medium on which are stored instructions that, when executed by one or more processing devices, enable the one or more processing devices to perform a method. The method includes the steps of receiving from a user via an electronic device a request for a good or a service, receiving via the electronic device the geographic location of the user, and determining an optimal provider of the good or service based on the type of good or service and the geographic location of the user.
ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE FOR TIME-BOUNDED MARKETPLACE EVENTS
In an electronic communication platform between a computing system and a plurality of network-based remote customers, an internet information transmission and processing system for time-bounded marketplace events. A system for publishing and querying electronic marketplace event catalogs, social networking across the platform before marketplace events, and induces collaboration of remote customers during and after marketplace events. The system includes cataloged datasets of customer data and information, digital storage media for primarily storing catalogs and webpages, and an e-marketplace gateway for primarily storing separate published catalogs and webpages while associated by a digital-relationship.
Health-Related Product Discount System and Method
A computer-implemented method, computer program product and computing system for receiving a query for a health-related product from a user; processing the query to identify providers from which the health-related product may be purchased; and rendering a multi-item result set for the user, wherein each item in the multi-item result set is associated with a provider name, a health-related product cost and a geographic proximity between the user and the provider.
Automatic vending
The present application discloses resource selection and resource transfer methods and apparatuses, and automatic vending methods and systems. The method includes the following: obtaining, by a mobile device placed within a predetermined range of a resource management terminal, data comprising changes in magnetic field intensity of the resource management terminal; determining, by the mobile device and based on the data comprising changes in the magnetic field intensity, a first target channel from a plurality of channels in a rack of the resource management terminal; and sending, by the mobile device and to the resource management terminal, a target resource selection instruction, wherein the target resource selection instruction comprises information that specifies the first target channel.
Systems and methods for product visualization using a single-page application
Systems and methods are disclosed for visualizing products in a single-page application. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, an application system can receive from a client system, during rendering of a webpage received by the client system from a host system, a request for a script associated with the host system. The script can be executable by the client system to perform operations including modifying the webpage to include a visualization application in response to a selection of a visualization control in the webpage by a user of the client system. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, the application system can receive, from the visualization application, a request to display a product in a first image. A location can be identified in the first image using a machine learning model. Instructions can be provided to the visualization application for displaying the product at the location.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING AN AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE VENDOR LOT
An autonomous vehicle vendor lot may include a plurality of vehicle selection indicators, a visual navigation system, and a control system. The indicators may be distributed in the lot, associated with a respective parking spot in the lot, and operable to generate a visual indication indicative of a selection of a vehicle in the respective parking spot. The navigation system may be operable to generate a visual indication of a route between various locations in the lot. The control system may be operatively connected to the indicators and the navigation system, and configured to: receive a vehicle search query; identify at least one vehicle in the lot corresponding to the query; operate each vehicle selection indicator corresponding to each identified vehicle; identify a respective location in the lot for each identified vehicle; and operate the visual navigation system to generate a visual indication of a route to at least one identified vehicle.
ESSENTIAL ACCESSORY RECOMMENDATIONS
A method includes determining, by a processor of a computing device, user behavior data comprising a plurality of ordered user interactions with a plurality of items via an electronic interface. The method further includes replacing, by the processor, each of the plurality of items in the user behavior data with a respective item type of a plurality of item types and replacing, by the processor, a predetermined number of the respective item types in the plurality of ordered user interactions with a respective parent item type of a plurality of parent item types from an item taxonomy. The method further includes inputting, by the processor, the plurality of ordered user interactions into a machine learning algorithm to train the machine learning algorithm to determine an anchor/accessory relationship between at least one of the plurality of item types and at least one of the plurality of parent item types.
VOICE COMMERCE
In certain implementations, a system for facilitating voice commerce is provided. A user input comprising a natural language utterance related to a product or service to be purchased may be received. A first product or service that is to be purchased may be determined based on the utterance. First payment information that is to be used to purchase the first product or service may be obtained. First shipping information that is to be used to deliver the first product or service may be obtained. A purchase transaction for the first product or service may completed based on the first payment information and the first shipping information without further user input, after the receipt of utterance, that identifies a product or service type or a product or service, seller information, payment information, shipping information, or other information related to purchasing the first product or service .
