Online Image Retention, Indexing, Search Technology with Integrated Image Licensing Marketplace and a Digital Rights Management Platform
An online image search and marketplace platform and browser plug-in system is described. The system is configured to execute image-based searches of the Internet to correlate hosted images with ownership and licensing metadata, facilitating the marketing of images to users and expediting the purchase of licensing for said images. The system employs an online platform in communication with an image metadata database, providing a conduit for users to execute an image search from an image search field populated by a target image URL or direct image upload. An auto-cropping feature combined with extensive steganography integration ensures accurate image identification, ownership mapping, and usage tracking. The browser plug-in facilitates the execution of an image search within the right-click menu of any image hosted to the Internet. Image tracking enables content owners to be alerted in real-time when unlicensed use of content is detected.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANAGING A DESIGN LIFECYCLE OF A STRUCTURAL PART
A method of managing a design lifecycle of a structural part includes accessing memory storing computer-readable program code for identifying a supplier for the structural part. The method includes executing the code to cause an apparatus to identify the supplier. The method also includes generating a first design of the structural part, the first design describing a geometry of the structural part and requirements for attributes of the structural part. The method also includes performing a search of a database of existing designs for a second design based on search criteria including multiple ones of the geometry and the requirements, and selecting a design from the first design and the second design based on the search. The method also includes performing a multiple-criteria decision analysis to evaluate the design, identifying the supplier from multiple suppliers, and outputting an indication of the supplier for use in ordering of the structural part.
IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNIQUES TO QUICKLY FIND A DESIRED OBJECT AMONG OTHER OBJECTS FROM A CAPTURED VIDEO SCENE
Techniques are provided for identifying objects (such as products within a physical store) within a captured video scene and indicating which of object in the captured scene matches a desired object requested by a user. The matching object is then displayed in an accentuated manner to the user in real-time (via augmented reality). Object identification is carried out via a multimodal methodology. Objects within the captured video scene are identified using a neural network trained to identify different types of objects. The identified objects can then be compared against a database of pre-stored images of the desired product to determine if a close match is found. Additionally, text on the identified objects is analyzed and compared to the text of the desired object. Based on either or both identification methods, the desired object is indicated to the user on their display, via an augmented reality graphic.
QUERY REFORMULATIONS FOR AN ITEM GRAPH
An online concierge system generates an item graph connecting item nodes with attribute nodes of the items. When the online concierge system receives a search query to identify one or more items from a customer, the online concierge system parses the search query into combinations of terms and identifies item nodes and attribute nodes related to the search query. The online concierge system may determine that no item nodes meet presentation criteria. The online concierge system may determine that a reformulated search query has a higher conversion probability than the search query received from the customer. The online concierge system reformulates the search query. The online concierge system selects item nodes as search results. The online concierge system transmits the search results to the customer.
Machine learned system for predicting item package quantity relationship between item descriptions
Systems and methods are disclosed to implement a machine learned system to determine the comparative relationship between item package quantity (IPQ) information indicated in two item descriptions. In embodiments, the system employs a neural network that includes a token encoding layer, an attribute summarizing layer, and a comparison layer. The token encoding layer accepts an item description as a token sequence and encodes the tokens with token attributes that are relevant to IPQ extraction. The attribute summarizing layer uses a convolutional neural network to generate a set of fixed-size feature vectors for each encoded token sequence. All feature vectors for both item descriptions are then provided to the comparison layer to generate the IPQ comparison result. Advantageously, the disclosed neural network model can be trained to make accurate predictions about the IPQ relationship of the two item descriptions using a small set of token-level attributes as input signals.
IDENTIFYING PACKAGE BUNDLING ON AN ECOMMERCE PLATFORM
In an approach to identifying package bundling on an ecommerce platform, one or more computer processors receive a search query from a user for a primary product in an ecommerce platform. One or more computer processors retrieve a search history of the primary product. One or more computer processors retrieve a product history of the primary product. Based on the retrieved search history and the retrieved product history, one or more computer processors create an ontology tree that includes the primary product and one or more related products. Based on the ontology tree, one or more computer processors determine one or more product bundles that include the primary product and at least one of the one or more related products. One or more computer processors generate a first checklist of the one or more product bundles. One or more computer processors display the first checklist to the user.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR AUTHENTICATING TANGIBLE PRODUCTS
A system and associated methods for authenticating tangible products are disclosed. In at least one embodiment, a plurality of authentication devices is initiated, with each of the authentication devices associated with a one of the tangible products and containing a unique sequence algorithm used to generate a sequence of device sequence values stored on each said authentication device. Upon a user desiring to authenticate a given product via a user application on a user device, the authentication device provides a data set to an authentication server. If the authentication server locates the authentication device in an authentication table, and subsequently processes the data set successfully, the authentication server obtains from the authentication table a server sequence value associated with the authentication device. If the device sequence value is later in the sequence than the server sequence value, the authentication server transmits a success message to the user application.
Systems and methods for visual navigation during online shopping using intelligent filter sequencing
One aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a computer-implemented method for streamlined product searching. The method may include receiving a search query comprising at least one keyword; generating a listing of related products based on the keyword; ranking each related product based on applicability; determining a product type of at least the highest ranking related product; determining a filter sequence associated with the product type; generating a first record comprising the filter sequence; instantiating a second record of selected attributes; displaying a first filter in the filter sequence; receiving a first selected attribute from the first filter; displaying the second filter; receiving a second selected attribute from the second filter; and displaying a listing of products associated with the selected attributes in the second record.
METHOD FOR PROVIDING ITEM INFORMATION AND AN APPARATUS FOR THE SAME
Provided is a method for providing item information of an electronic apparatus including at least one of identifying an item according to a first input of a user; identifying first review information created by selecting one from an answer set to a specific attribute of the item by purchasers and second review information on an answer determined based on a frequency of selection of the purchasers from the first review information; and providing a terminal of the user with a first page including information on or regarding the item, the first review information displayed in a first area, and the second review information displayed in a second area distinguished from the first area.
