Databases and file management systems and methods including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media computing instructions are configured to run on the one or more processors and perform acts of receiving a search query from a user electronic device, facilitating a search of a database comprising item records for multiple items of an online retailer related to the search query, receiving search results from the search of the database, facilitating inserting, according to a set of rules, the first item into the predetermined range of the ranked order of the set of items of the search results, and coordinating displaying the search results on a graphical user interface of the user electronic device with the first item listed in the predetermined range of the ranked order of the set of items of the search results. In one embodiment, an example method may include determining, by one or more computer processors coupled to at least one memory, a first textual product attribute value for a first product for which to predict product performance, the first product associated with a first product category, determining a first product demand model for the first product category, the first product demand model including at least one algorithm configured to output predicted product performance, determining a first numeric product attribute sequence for the first product using the first textual product attribute value and the first product demand model, the first numeric product attribute sequence including a first numeric product attribute value and a second numeric product attribute value, and determining a first textual product attribute sequence for the first product.

The present technology pertains to a distributed server system for verifying vendors. The distributed server system comprises one or more nodes on a distributed network; a communication interface of a first node that communicates over a communication network with the one or more nodes on the distributed network, wherein the communication interface receives information about a unique seal associated with a product in response to a query; and a processor of the first node that executes instructions stored in memory, wherein execution of the instructions by the processor verifies that a vendor is associated with the unique seal has been appended to a distributed ledger, determines a match between the unique seal and the vendor; and, after determining the match, confirms that the vendor is a certified vendor of the product.

Telemetry data is received from a transceiver within the product, which is then stored within a distributed ledger. The lifetime of the product is determined by analyzing the telemetry data in the distributed ledger according to one or more models. In response to receiving a query about the product, the user is granted read access to the distributed ledger, including read access to the determined lifetime of the product and the authentication of the product (in real or near real time).

In one embodiment, a video analysis service receives video data captured by one or more cameras at a particular location. The service applies a neural network-based model to portions of the video data, to identify objects within the video data. The service maps outputs of the neural network-based model to symbols using a conceptual space. The outputs of the model comprise the identified objects. The service applies a symbolic reasoning engine to the symbols, to generate an alert. The service sends the alert to a user interface in conjunction with the video data.

A system and method to provide search capabilities via a merchant system including search responses aggregated from multiple different search provider sources. The system and method receive, via an interface of the merchant system, a search query input from an end user system. The search query input is routed to the multiple search provider sources. A set of response to the search query input is received from at least a portion of the search providers sources. A first portion of the set of responses is identified as having a verified status. A ranking of the set of responses is generated based on a level of responsiveness to the search query input. The system and method cause, based at least in part on the ranking, a display including a search result comprising at least a portion of the set of responses.

The system can obtain item descriptions for a particular item from any number of different sources and/or in any number of different formats. The system can process the item descriptions to determine item attributes. The system can also obtain data regarding user profile attributes. The system may dynamically generate item description content for the particular item and user based on analyzing the item attributes and user profile attributes. The item description content may be further tailored to a particular channel of delivery.
