Systems and methods for facilitating financial transactions over a network include a merchant device, a client device and a payment processing device. The merchant device is adapted to allow a merchant to provide items for purchase via the network. The client device is adapted to allow a user to access the merchant device via the network and view the items for purchase. The client device is adapted to provide a payment mechanism to the user. The user generates a purchase request for an item by selecting the one item, dragging the item to the payment mechanism, and dropping the item over the payment mechanism. The payment processing device is adapted to receive the purchase request from the client device via the network and authorize the user to purchase the item from the merchant based on information passed with the purchase request.

Embodiments of the presently disclosed technology provide systems and methods for catalog integration across distributed systems and interfaces. Such systems and methods may involve: (1) receiving, at an integration platform, a catalog of items from a merchant, the catalog of items including a first item; (2) determining, by the integration platform, a set of protection plan offers to display in a live website associated with the merchant, the live website displaying the first item with a frame object comprising the set of protection plan offers; (3) receiving, by the integration platform, a notification related to a transaction involving the first item and a customer; and (4) performing, by the integration platform, an action associated with the transaction and a first protection plan offer of the set of protection plan offers.

Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for receiving queue data, the queue data including a set of products to be fulfilled by the e-commerce system, determining market share data indicating a market share for each fulfillment location in a set of fulfillment locations, providing a set of distributions, each distribution indicating a proportion of products in the set of products to be fulfilled by a respective fulfillment location of the set of fulfillment locations, processing the market share data and the queue data through a multinomial probability model to determine, for each distribution in the set of distributions, a probability, each probability indicating a percentage of order fulfillments expected to be successfully executed for a respective distribution, selecting a distribution from the set of distributions, and fulfilling orders of the set of products using the distribution.

Various embodiments of a method and system for capturing and utilizing item attributes are described. Various embodiments may include a mobile image capture apparatus, which may include a computer system configured to execute an image capture application. The image capture application may instruct an agent to capture an image of an item label. A data extraction component may be configured to process the images captured by the mobile image capture apparatus. For a given captured image, the data extraction component may in various embodiments be configured to perform OCR to determine one or more strings of characters from the image. The data extraction component may be further configured to determine whether one or more patterns match a determined string of characters. In response to the detection of a particular pattern matching a particular string of characters, the data extraction component may extract and store an attribute of the corresponding item.

A device may receive a request for a product. Based on the request, the device may determine a geographic location and delivery time for delivery of the product, and the device may identify product locations that are capable of providing the product and located near the geographic location. The device may determine, for each of the product locations and based on the product and at least one product location characteristic, a fulfillment time indicating when the product will be prepared for delivery. In addition, the device may identify at least one potential courier capable of transporting the product. Based on the fulfillment time, the delivery time, the geographic location for delivery, and at least one courier characteristic associated with the potential courier, the device may select a particular product location and a particular courier and perform an action based on the particular product location or the particular courier.

A method for real-time invoice updating and account-to-account payment includes: receiving invoice data based on presentation of an invoice by a distributor to a recipient at a delivery location, modification of the invoice by the recipient, and acceptance of the invoice by the recipient; generating a request for payment (RFP) message based on the invoice data; transmitting the RFP message to a financial institution associated with the recipient via a financial institution of the distributor; receiving, from the financial institution associated with the distributor, a payment confirmation for the invoice based on a real-time payment from the financial institution associated with the recipient; generating reconciliation data based on the payment confirmation and the invoice data; and transmitting the reconciliation data to a computing device of the distributor and a computing device of the recipient.

In response to detecting that a first selectable element on a webpage or application page of a merchant has been accessed by a user, a computer system stores a visual representation of an item that corresponds to the first selectable element in a first space of the user. In response to detecting a selection of a second selectable element from within the first space, the computer system determines a threshold number of users to associate with the visual representation and creates a post in a network feed that includes the visual representation, wherein a third selectable element is associated with the post, that when selected, causes a user to join or vote for the first visual representation. In response to determining that a number of users that have selected the third selectable element meets the threshold number of users, the computer system initiates a group purchase for the item.

A method acquires, on a basis of a restaurant ID, menu information indicating one or more foods provided by a restaurant over a network from a second server associated with the restaurant corresponding to the restaurant ID, extracts one or more first foods compatible with religion information on a basis of the menu information and the religion information, displays the one or more first foods through a second operation screen, corresponding to the second server, for accepting an order of a food to be provided by the restaurant and displayed on a display of the information terminal of a user, and transmits food order information indicating a food selected from among the one or more first foods and a seat ID to the second server.

A processing method executed by a processor that receives an order from a user at a restaurant through interaction includes analyzing information indicating the order, extracting a phrase other than a standard element from the information, with reference to a first database when the extracted phrase is a first phrase in the first database, outputting a first confirmation item corresponding to the first phrase to the user, receiving a first user response corresponding to the first confirmation item, when the extracted phrase is not a first phrase in the first database, referring to a second database, when the extracted phrase is a second phrase in the second database, selecting a third phrase in the first database from second phrase-related phrases, outputting a second confirmation item corresponding to the third phrase to the user referring to the first database, and receiving a second user response corresponding to the second confirmation item.
