Systems and methods for real-time processing and linking of orders to enhance execution performance can be configured to receive an incoming order from a customer including product data, customer information, and shipping information; determine that the incoming order can be linked to an existing shipment bundle that has one or more orders assigned orders based on predetermined linking criteria; assign a bundle identification (ID) to the incoming order corresponding to the existing shipment bundle; and release the existing shipment bundle for shipment when one or more predetermined shipping criteria are met.

Systems and techniques are disclosed that provide device-based coordination of multi-party delivery processes. One example implementation involves receiving a payer-invite request from a requester device. The payer-invite request requests an invitation be sent to a payer to pay for a delivery order. The delivery order specifying one or more items to be purchased and delivered to a requester location associated with the requester device or inputted by the requester. The system sends the invitation to a payer device associated with the payer and receives a payment from the payer device. The system fulfills the delivery order by identifying a fulfillment center, a driver, and/or a puller and sending communications with order information and instructions to the devices of those parties to coordinate the delivery. For example, the system sends a driving instruction to a driver device instructing the driver to pick up and deliver the items.

In a method of managing emergency management information within an observation platform an emergency management and response application is provisioned at an observation platform. The provisioning is administered by a cloud services platform and includes configuration and deployment of the emergency management and response application within the observation platform. A communicative connection is established, via a gateway of the cloud services platform, between the emergency management and response application and a system external to the observation platform. In response to receipt at the observation platform of a report of an emergency, operation of the emergency management and response application is triggered within the observation platform. Emergency management information is sent, via the emergency management and response application, to a group of users of the observation platform. The emergency management information includes at least one of an alert related to the emergency and instructions related to the emergency.

An order management device is provided with: an input circuit that acquires information about a plurality of articles including an order candidate article and to be subjected to image recognition after the order candidate article is ordered; a determination circuit that determines, with respect to two or more different articles included in the plurality of articles, an index indicating a possibility that the articles are incorrectly recognized as the same article when the image recognition is performed, on the basis of information about the similarity among the plurality of articles in the image recognition; and an output circuit that outputs information about the determined index.

Facilitating authentication includes providing a first page to a user interface based on an order received from a merchant page. Payment details are received from the first page for a first level of authentication and a second page is provided to the user interface for a second level of authentication. The second page is provided while keeping the first page open in the user interface with the payment details populated therein. A transaction result status is received from a payment-processing infrastructure based on the first and second level of authentication. When the transaction result status indicates failure, a modified first page is created to include the payment details previously populated for an online payment and at least one of a retry button and a field indicating a reason for transaction failure.

There are provided systems and methods for linking user behaviors to tracked data consumption using digital tokens. A service provider, such as an online transaction processor, may provide additional services to users via a media content monitoring and/or tokenization system for purchasable items in media content. A user may view media content and see an item available for purchase. One or more IoT sensors, routers or devices, and the like may be used to identify the user viewed the item in the media content. This data may be tokenized as a shopping object digital token, which may be cached for a time period to detect if the user's behaviors indicate that the user purchases another related item based on viewing the item in the media content. If the user processes a transaction for the related item, rewards may be provided to participants involved in presenting and selling that item.

An online concierge system allocates shoppers to different geographic regions at different times to fulfill orders received from users. The online concierge system uses different methods for adjusting allocation of shoppers to geographic regions, such as obtaining new shoppers or providing incentives to additional shoppers, based on estimated numbers of orders identifying different geographic regions. To account for costs to the online concierge system for allocating shoppers to geographic regions, the online concierge system trains multiple machine learned models to predict different efficiency metrics for methods for adjusting shopper allocation. Discrete samples are obtained from each efficiency metric, and samples that do not satisfy one or more constraints removed. From the remaining samples, a combination of samples for different methods for adjusting shopper allocation is selected to optimize a value to the online concierge system based on one or more criteria.

A method for fulfilling a plurality of orders for goods at a provider location comprises obtaining an arrival sequence estimate for each of a plurality of users indicating the sequence in which the users are expected to arrive, and organizing completed orders according to the arrival sequence estimate. The arrival sequence estimate may be obtained by ordering users according to their respective radial distances from a target, and may also be used to schedule processing of the orders. Alternatively, arrival estimates for when each of the users is expected to arrive may be used to schedule processing of the orders. A dynamic arrival estimate may be obtained based on an expected travel path toward the destination during a first trip portion comprising travel within a constrained travel path network, and based on radial distance from the destination during a second trip portion subsequent to the first trip portion.
