Cloud service brokerage service store
A cloud service brokerage system includes an electronic cloud service catalog containing cloud service defining information for a plurality of cloud services and a cloud service store coupled to the electronic cloud service catalog. The cloud service store includes cloud service publications each representing cloud service functionality corresponding to one or more of the cloud services. The cloud service store includes a user interface structure enabling generation of cloud service orders each including one or more of the cloud service publications.
SECURELY AND EFFICIENTLY PROCESSING TELEPHONE ORDERS
An apparatus includes a communications module that establishes a telephonic connection between a customer service representative of a merchant and a customer. An identification module receives an identifier. The identifier alerts a computer system of the merchant that the customer is associated with a billing profile stored on a computer system external to the computer system available to the merchant and the customer service representative. A billing profile access module receives information from the billing profile. The billing profile includes billing information of the customer. The billing profile is electronically accessed using the external computer system, via a network, to process a sales order between the customer and the merchant. A transaction module processes the sales order using the billing profile of the customer in response to a customer approval of the sales order. The transaction module shields the billing information of the billing profile from the customer service representative.
DATABASE DRIVEN COMPUTER SYSTEMS PROVIDING REAL-TIME UPDATABLE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACES TO TRACK REAL-TIME VALUE OF MEDIA AIRINGS
In some embodiments, the present invention is directed to database driven computer systems providing real-time updatable graphical user interfaces to track real-time value of media airings, including: a specifically programmed server; a database accessible by the server, where the server includes a plurality of modules configured to perform: electronically and periodically obtaining media data, web tracking transaction data, call center transaction data, and fulfillment transaction data; associating, in real time, media data records of airings of creatives to fulfillment transaction records by matching records among database tables having media data, web tracking transaction data, call center transaction data, and fulfillment transaction data; continuously calculating, in real-time, a current value of a particular airing of a particular creative; and displaying a graphical user interface, including real-time updated look-up items, outputting one or more real-time report based at least on the continuously calculating the current value of the particular airing.
COMMODITY MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD
According to one embodiment, a commodity management device includes a first sensor configured to detect a movement of a commodity from a display region and a second sensor configured to detect a removal of a commodity from of the display region to outside of the display region by a person. A controller is configured to notify a designated notification destination when the movement of the commodity from the display region is detected by the first sensor but the removal of the commodity from the display region to outside the display region by a person has not been detected.
OBSERVATION PLATFORM COLLABORATION INTEGRATION
In a method of observation platform buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS) integration, a BOPIS application is provisioned at an observation platform. The provisioning is administered by a cloud services platform in collaboration with a computer system of the observation platform and includes configuration and deployment of the BOPIS application within the observation platform. An automation software component is sent from the BOPIS application for resident installation at an external retailer system which is external to an environment of the observation platform. The automation software component organizes information in the external retailer system for exchange, via a cloud-based gateway, with the BOPIS application. A message regarding a BOPIS order populated in the external retailer system is received at the BOPIS application from the external retailer system. The observation platform sends, to a device of a user of the observation platform, a task request to perform a task related to the message.
VEHICLE ORDER PROCESSING METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are a vehicle order processing method, apparatus and a system, and a storage medium. The vehicle order processing method includes: an information server receives a first confirmation request carrying an order number and sent by a freight forwarder device; when it is confirmed that the order number is valid, send first confirmation-passed information to the freight forwarder device; when receiving the first confirmation-passed information, the freight forwarder device sends a vehicle order to the information server, the vehicle order comprising order-related information and vehicle-related information; and the information server examines and approves the vehicle order, and sends the vehicle order to an entrance guard device after the vehicle order is approved.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING AN INVENTORY/DELIVERY CARRIER AND HATCH
A method and apparatus for controlling an inventory carrier for replenishing a pod used for delivery of online orders includes displaying, using at least one of said at least one processor, at least one replenishment procedure option to a user, receiving, using at least one of said at least one processor, a selection of one of the at least one replenishment procedure from the user, and controlling, using at least one of said at least one processor, movement of the inventory carrier based on the received selection.
High Volume Transaction Queueing with Machine Learning
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system and method for providing a high-volume transaction queueing, reserve ecommerce solution that automatically engages and queues transactions when a primary back-end transaction processing system becomes unresponsive or unstable. Through machine learning algorithms, embodiments of the invention control transaction submission rates by queuing them and throttling the rate at which they are processed based on self-awareness and constant monitoring, feedback and health checks of the primary system. When metrics indicate that the third-party system can begin accepting transactions again, the system automatically feeds the queued transactions along with real-time orders at a rate that the third-party system can successfully manage.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR A MOBILE ROBOTIC UNIT
A method for managing inventory carriers using mobile robotic units (MRUs) in a pod that is configured to receive online orders at a replenishment station for pickup by customers at a delivery station includes receiving, by an MRU, instructions that identify a first inventory carrier, moving the MRU to a location of the identified inventory carrier, and using the MRU to transport the identified inventory carrier to the replenishment station for pickup by a delivery vehicle.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIATED CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TERMS OF FUFILLMENT EXPERIENCE BASED ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND COST TO SERVE
A method is provided for selecting eligible nodes and item assignments to those nodes for fulfillment based on satisfaction of a reward constraint and fulfillment cost. This method includes several steps, including determining by a computer processor of the fulfillment engine whether each of the plurality of assignments to the plurality of nodes satisfies a reward constraint based on a first customer loyalty reward level of the plurality of customer loyalty reward levels, identifying by a computer processor of the fulfillment engine one or more satisfactory assignments to nodes by identifying which of the one or more assignments is both associated with an order fulfillment cost that is less than the maximum fulfillment cost and satisfies the reward constraint and automatically generating by a computer processor of the fulfillment engine a node order assignment assigning the current order to the one or more satisfactory nodes.
