Valet ticket generation system

A valet ticket generation system that is operable to provide contribution to the operation of a valet service for a valet operator. The present invention includes a software configured to provide generation of valet tickets of at least two types wherein the two types of valet tickets are cross-referenced and operationally linked utilizing a first ticket identification number and a second ticket identification number. The second ticket identification number serves as a pin code for the first ticket identification number and is required to validate the first ticket identification number. The present invention further includes the providing of a unique website that is specific to the valet operator or the property on which the valet service is being provided. Further included is the ability to generate valet tickets on demand or have the tickets printed for inventory. Additional services are also facilitated by the system of the present invention.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING DELIVERING SOURCES OF ONLINE ORDERS

A method and system optimizing source selection of an online order with the lowest fulfillment cost by considering multiple types of parameters, including shipping costs, backlog costs and markdown savings of the order. The method includes obtaining an order from the order retrieval subsystem of the OMS, selecting the candidate sources, and retrieving data from retailers or shipping companies of each selected candidate sources. The system then calculates the costs and savings parameters of the candidate sources from the retrieved data. The system identifies all possible candidate sourcing selections of the order and calculates the total fulfillment cost of each sourcing selection of the order by adding the shipping costs with the backlog costs, and subtracting the markdown savings of all candidate sources in each sourcing selection. The system identifies the optimized sourcing selection of the order with the lowest fulfillment cost and renders the selection to the OMS.

A computer-implemented method includes obtaining a digital invoice from a vendor comprising one or more text descriptions; retrieving a purchase order corresponding to the digital invoice from a purchase order database, wherein the purchase order comprises one or more line items; applying an out-of-vendor vocabulary model to the one or more text descriptions, wherein the out-of-vendor vocabulary model is trained to remove irrelevant text from the text descriptions based at least in part on historical purchase orders stored in the purchase order database corresponding to the vendor; and matching the one or more text descriptions from the digital invoice to the one or more line items in the purchase order based at least in part on output of the out-of-vendor vocabulary model.
