Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed for generating and processing natural language requests. A request processing system processes a received natural language request to identify an intent of the natural language request and a confidence level of the identified intent. In response to the confidence level of the identified intent not satisfying a threshold level, the request processing system sends the natural language request to the fulfillment computing device for further processing by a person associated with the fulfillment computing device. In response to the confidence level satisfying the threshold level, the request processing system proceeds with fulfilling the request per the identified intent.

A method for conducting an interaction using a vehicle is disclosed. A vehicle can be identified based on one or more vehicle characteristics, including a license plate number, a make, a model, and a color. A user credential can be identified based on the vehicle and used for an interaction. Additionally, user contact information can be identified based on the vehicle and the user can be contacted to approve the interaction.

Systems and methods of shareable virtual objects and virtual objects as message objects to facilitate communications sessions in an augmented reality environment are disclosed. In one aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure include a method, which may be implemented on a system, to facilitate sharing of an object in an augmented reality environment of a real world environment. The method can further include world-locking the object or user-locking the object in accordance with a request of the object to be posted in the augmented reality environment for a given user. In world-locking the object, the object is enabled to be interacted with by the given user if and when the given user is at or in the vicinity of the given location. In user-locking the object, the object is enabled to be interacted with by the given user regardless of where the given user is physically located in the real world environment.

According to exemplary methods, automated image processing of images from order locations of a multi-lane drive-thru system is continually performed using an automated ordering system. It is automatically determined if a vehicle is present at any of the order locations based on the automated image processing. It is automatically determined if an order has been initiated into the automated ordering system. When the order has been initiated while the vehicle is present at any of the order locations, an automated sequencing processing is automatically begun. The automated sequencing processing determines an order pick-up sequence for picking up orders at pickup windows of the multi-lane drive-thru system. When the order has been initiated while the vehicle is not present at any of the order locations, a potential out-of-sequence warning is automatically associated with the order and output from the automated ordering system.

Client and server transaction agent coupon database interfaces are disclosed. The server transaction agent operations include receiving a shopping list from the client transaction agent, the shopping list specifying one or more product or service items and representing a coupon query initiated by the client transaction agent, formulating a coupon database query requesting coupons associated with some or all of the items specified in the shopping list, querying a coupon database and receiving coupons in response, selecting some or all of the coupons, and sending the selected coupons to the client transaction agent as a coupon query response. The client transaction agent operations include creating the shopping list in electronic form, sending the shopping list as a coupon query to the server transaction agent acting as a coupon database interface, and receiving the selected coupons from the server transaction agent as a coupon query response.

Embodiments relate to systems and methods for identifying out-of-stock situations based on customer shopping lists and patterns. A system for identifying out-of-stock situations can comprise an electronic shopping list, an inventory database, and a stocking status engine communicatively coupled with the electronic shopping list and the inventory database and configured to analyze the electronic shopping list and the inventory database to identify a stocking status of at least one item on the electronic shopping list in a retail environment. If a potential out-of-stock event is identified, the system can output a stocking personnel notification to either replenish stock of the item in the retail environment or relocate existing stock of the item to a new location in the retail environment.

A drive-through shopping system includes a drive-through shopping configuration. The drive through shopping configuration may include a parcel of land including a drive-way and a shopping-building. The shopping-building may include a structure and a throughway for a customer. The shopping-building may include a structure including an inventory of goods and the throughway may include at least two convenience-windows accessible by one or more of the customers. A method of using a drive-through shopping system may include: providing access to the drive-through shopping system, receiving a remote order from a customer, retrieving the remote order from an inventory of goods, receiving payment from the customer in exchange for the order, and delivering the order to the customer, with the customer onsite to receive the order.

A smart diaper system includes a diaper body adapted to be worn by a user and an absorbent pad coupled to the diaper body. A system and method for computer vision driven applications in an environment that can include collecting image data across an environment; maintaining an environmental object graph from the image data whereby maintaining the environmental object graph is an iterative process that includes: classifying objects, tracking object locations, detecting interaction events, instantiating object associations in the environmental object graph, and updating the environmental object graph by propagating change in at least one object instance across object associations; and inspecting object state for at least one object instance in the environmental object graph and executing an action associated with the object state. The system and method can be applied to automatic checkout, inventory management, and/or other system integrations.

Systems and methods for implementing point of advertising purchasing include using mass media publications configured for or containing service, product or vendor transmittable signals, such as from radio frequency identification tags. In a preferred arrangement, a consumer perceiving an advertisement of the mass media publication may activate a reader in a portable communications device, such as a smart mobile or cellular phone, to receive information from the radio frequency signal associated with the advertisement to identify a vendor, product or service associated with the radio frequency identification. The smart mobile phone or communications device of the consumer may communicate with a system of a vendor across a network to order a product or product information from a system of the vendor over the network by using the information from the radio frequency identification.
