Product catalog services
A product catalog service allows merchants to create and store product catalogs indicating products that are available from the merchants. Transaction data from point-of-sale (POS) devices of a plurality of merchants can be received. A first catalog of a first merchant can be obtained from a first POS device of a first merchant. The first catalog contains items to be sold by the first merchant. Using the transaction data and the catalog, a second catalog of items to be sold by a second merchant can be generated or updated and transmitted to the second merchant. Items can be compared using item attributes. Item descriptions in the second catalog can be based on item descriptions in the first catalog.
Order processing method and device, server, and storage medium
Disclosed in the present application is an order processing method and device, a server, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring order information of a to-be-processed order, the order information including storage-bin region information and volume information of at least one item indicated by the order; base on the storage-bin region information and the volume information, determining whether the order satisfies following conditions: the at least one item indicated by the order being located within one storage-bin region and the a sum of the volumes of the at least one item being smaller than a volume threshold; and in response to the order satisfying the conditions, determining the order as a to-be-processed order, to generate a to-be-processed order set.
ONLINE SHOPPING SUPPORT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING ONLINE SHOPPING SUPPORT DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for supporting online shopping. The apparatus comprises an identification unit configured to identify an online price tag of a specific product embedded into a webpage of an exhibitor, an update unit configured to update a selling price exposed to the online price tag according to a result of a reverse auction between sellers for a selling price of the specific product, and a processing unit configured to, when a purchase intent of a purchaser accessing the webpage of the exhibitor is identified from the online price tag, process a procedure of purchasing the specific product based on the updated selling price.
GOODS TO PERSON ORDER PICKING WITH DISCHARGE MECHANISM
A system and method for consolidating order items into individual or batch orders within an order fulfilment workstation and discharging the order items to a takeaway device, such as a trackable segmented conveyor. The system includes a temporary holding container at the workstation and a discharge mechanism to release or transfer the contents of the temporary container to the takeaway device. The system and method reduce or eliminate the process of an operator replenishing order transport containers to the workstation once a completed order container has dispatched from the workstation. Empty order containers are supplied the workstation via the takeaway device. The empty order container is positioned adjacent the temporary container such that the discharge mechanism may transfer the order items from the temporary container into the empty order container. The discharge mechanism may transfer the order items directly to the surface of the takeaway device.
AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTING ORDER FULFILLMENT DUE TO OFFLINE ORDERING
A server receives an order request from a consumer device where the order request is be provisioned to a recipient at a later time and where the recipient is required to be physically present receive the order. The order request also includes a request location and a request time. As a function of the information, the method determines an estimated time to complete the order request. The method further sends a confirmation request to the consumer device requesting a confirmation response within a predetermined time. After an expiration of the predetermined time, the method completes a transaction for the order request and receives the confirmation response from the consumer device after the expiration of the predetermined time. The method sends a notification to the consumer device indicating the estimated time to complete the order request for the recipient to receive the order request.
ASSOCIATING SHOPPERS TOGETHER
A store having an automated checkout can automatically associate multiple shoppers with a single purchase. For example, a mother and her children can walk independently through the store and select items. Upon checkout, the items selected by the mother and children can all be charged to the mother's credit card in a single purchase. The system and method discussed herein can capture images of multiple shoppers from one or more video streams of a store area, can associate the multiple shoppers with one another from the captured images when the multiple shoppers appear together in a check-in area of the store, can track the movement of the multiple shoppers within the store from the captured images, can track items selected by the multiple shoppers from the captured images, and can initiate a transaction that charges the selected items to an account associated with one of the multiple shoppers.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A RESTAURANT AS A SERVICE PLATFORM
A system and method for a restaurant-as-a-service system, comprising one or more database(s), a cluster manager, and a platform which provides restaurants automated, multiple-domain spanning, intelligent business predictions and optimizations leveraging modular, highly integrable microservices which perform various domain-specific functions and tasks to enhance restaurant operations and patron experience. The cluster manager may intercept data requests and algorithmically forward requests to the appropriate microservice operating on an available cluster of computing devices.
PRODUCT ORDER MANAGEMENT
Apparatuses, methods, systems, and program products are disclosed for product order management. An apparatus includes a processor and a memory that stores code executable by the processor. The code is executable by the processor to receive an order for a product from a consumer. The order has a temporal element that begins upon delivery of the product. The code is executable by the processor to receive a notification that the product is delivered to the consumer. The code is executable by the processor to begin the temporal element of the order in response to receiving the delivery notification.
Customer based real-time autonomous dynamic product creation and recommendation system using AI
In some examples, a server may determine a browsing history associated with a user, identify activities associated with purchasing a device, and determine features of the device. Individual features may be assigned a corresponding priority based on the browsing history. A machine learning algorithm may predict a configuration of the device based on the features and the corresponding priorities. The server may create a web page that describes a specification of the device based on the configuration and includes a comparison of at least some of the features of the device with other features of similar devices. The server may send a notification with a link to the web page. The web page may enable the user to modify the configuration and modify a price of the device. The server may receive a purchase order to purchase the device and instruct a manufacturing facility to build-to-order the device.
Automated item sortation and container handling systems
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for automated item sortation and container handling. In one embodiment, an example method may include determining, by a controller, a first item identifier of a first item at an induction portion of a sortation system, determining an order identifier associated with the first item identifier, and determining a first container associated with the order identifier. The method may include causing a first mobile carrier unit to receive the item, and causing the first mobile carrier unit to deliver the first item to the first container.
