An object is to inhibit a workload in delivery or a store in a service in which a user orders a product through a terminal. An information processing device includes: a first order accepting unit configured to accept a first order from a user terminal; a user identifying unit configured to identify one or more second users associated with the first user relating to the first order in advance; a second order accepting unit configured to accept one or more second orders from the one or more second users within a predetermined period after the first order is accepted; and an order information associating unit configured to associate order information relating to the first order and order information relating to the second orders with each other in an order information bundle to be prepared together by a store relating to the orders.

According to an embodiment, the controller of a commodity pickup apparatus obtains information related to a commodity to be picked up and the number of pieces thereof. Further, the controller detects a fact that a commodity picked up is put in the accommodation portion and commodity information of the commodity put in the accommodation portion, on the basis of an image obtained by imaging the accommodation portion. The display device of the commodity pickup apparatus identifies the commodity to be picked up as a commodity picked up, a commodity to be picked up next, or a commodity not yet picked up and displays the commodity.

An affixable device can include a locking mechanism, a force-limiting mechanism, and a sensing mechanism. The locking mechanism can include an engagement component configured to disable the locking mechanism. The force-limiting mechanism can be configured to limit a locking force of the locking mechanism. The sensing mechanism can be coupled to the engagement component, and can be configured to determine that the force-limiting mechanism has limited the locking force of the locking mechanism. In response to determining the force-limiting mechanism limiting the locking force, the sensing mechanism can cause the engagement component to disable the locking mechanism.

A sensing device can include an accelerometer, a transceiver, and a computing device in communication with the accelerometer and transceiver. The computing device can transmit a first set of signals at a first power level to a remote device. The computing device can determine, via the accelerometer, a movement of the sensing device. The computing device can increase a power level for transmission from the first power level to a second power level in response to the movement. The computing device can transmit future signals at the second power level to the remote device.

A vehicle theft-prevention system can include a plurality of sensors configured to sense measurements proximate to a vehicle and a body configured to secure to a window of the vehicle. The body can include a wireless transceiver and at least one computing device coupled to the plurality of sensors and the wireless transceiver. The at least one computing device can be configured to receive, via the wireless transceiver, an indication to enter an armed mode from an unarmed mode. The at least one computing device can be configured to, in response to the indication, transition to the armed mode, wherein transitioning to the armed mode comprises setting a configuration of at least one property of a subset of the plurality of sensors.

The processor stores customer information and product information related to a customer order in the storage device, assembles a collection and delivery route for one or more target products based on both store information related to one or more stores where the target products are available and the customer information and assigns collection and delivery personnel. The size of the at least one new media content item is compared with the amount of storage space remaining on the personal media device to determine if the personal media device has sufficient available storage space. If the personal media device does not have sufficient available storage space, a relative weight associated with at least one old media content item stored on the personal media device is ascertained, the relative weight corresponding to a likelihood that the at least one old media content item will be rendered on the personal media device.

A method and system for conducting an online payment transaction through a point of sale device. The method includes receiving input from a user selecting an item for purchase through the point of sale device; calculating a total purchase amount for the item in response to a request from the user to purchase the item; and sending payment authorization for the total purchase amount from the point of sale device to a payment entity, in which the payment authorization is sent to the payment entity via a mobile communication device of the user. The method further includes receiving a result of the payment authorization from the payment entity through the mobile communication device; and completing the payment transaction based on the result of the payment authorization.

A method for automatically populating an ecommerce cart is disclosed. The method includes receiving a request to add a product item to a shopping cart of an ecommerce shopping environment. The method includes adding the product item to the shopping cart. The method includes updating, responsive to adding the product item, a shopping cart status. The method includes determining a failure of the shopping cart status to satisfy a purchasing criteria associated with the ecommerce shopping environment. The method includes selecting, responsive to determining the failure, an additional product item based on information associated with an user account. The method includes adding the additional product item to the shopping cart.

Systems and methods are disclosed for managing personalized dining checks created by individualized ordering enabled by associating mobile devices of patrons and waiters with table indicia. One method includes: receiving information identifying the user devices of one or more patrons and information identifying a table indicia as a result of associating the user devices of the one or more patrons with a table indicia; initiating a dining session based on information identifying user devices and information identifying a table indicia; receiving requests for dining items and transaction amounts for the dining items from the user devices, each request including information identifying the user device and the table indicia; receiving information confirming the delivery of dining items to the patrons; determining final transaction amount for the requested dining items; sending final transaction amount to the user devices and enabling the user devices to send a payment authorization; receiving a payment transaction authorization from the user devices to transact funds to pay for the final transaction amount using predetermined payment methods; and processing the payment transaction using the payment transaction authorization.
