An online customer serving system includes a customer terminal to be used by a customer, a contact person's terminal to be used by a contact person who serves the customer, and the Internet as a communication means to be used for communication between the customer terminal and the contact person's terminal. The contact person's terminal includes a product information provider that provides, to the customer terminal, information regarding a product selected based on a request from the customer. The customer terminal includes a product information display unit that displays, on a first display device, information regarding a product transmitted from the contact person's terminal.

A server conducts a shared shopping session according to interactions with a sales associate (SA) device and a shopper device. The SA device may be connected to cameras for streaming vide of the SA presenting products. The SA may invoke adding of products and checkout for the shopper. The shopper may pre-select products for the shared shopping session. A shared shopping session may include multiple objects merged together and may be scheduled by coordinating scheduling of an SA, units of one or more products, a venue, and the shopper. The SA may control the shared shopping session using gestures and receive real-time feedback.

An exemplary embodiment of a computer-implemented method of identifying one or more products that correspond to product features of interest to a user may include: receiving an at least partially freeform or sketched illustration of a product from a user device associated with a user; determining at least one feature of the product depicted in the illustration by employing a machine-learning model trained, using (i) at least partially freeform or sketched illustrations from various users depicting products in a same product category as the product and (ii) feature labels assigned to the illustrations, to output one or more features of a depicted product in the product category in an input illustration; generating a search query based on the determined at least one feature; identifying at least one product in an inventory that corresponds to the search query; and providing information associated with the at least one identified product to the user device.

Disclosed are various embodiments for an electronic search interface to identify artisan sellers. A search query is received from a client. An electronic item database is then searched to identify items that are relevant to the search query. Two or more items may be offered by each of multiple sellers. A search result listing is generated that includes one item offered by each seller with a greatest display prominence. Other items offered by the sellers may be excluded or displayed with a lesser prominence.

A method implemented on an augmented reality (AR) device includes receiving an image of an object at the AR device. The image is displayed on a display screen of the AR device. One or more activating actions are received at the AR device. Facilitating conversations among people within physical spaces is described. An interaction tablet can be housed within a physical space and configured to receive profile information from mobile devices of customers. The profile information can indicate conversational topics that customers are interested in within the physical space. Similarities between conversational topics of customers can be determined and those customers can be recommended to engage in a conversation regarding that conversational topic. One customer can also be provided information regarding what another customer prefers to purchase from the physical space and, therefore, use the purchase to facilitate a conversation to create a more engaging environment within the physical space.

A computer-implemented method for providing electronic recommendation engines and displays of an apparel subscription application may comprise determining a status of the user as being a valid user of electronic closet recommendation engines and displays of an apparel subscription application; determining, if the user is a valid user, a presence of apparel data in an assistant section of an electronic record corresponding to the user in a database of the electronic closet recommendation engines and displays; and launching the assistant section of a user interface of the apparel subscription application, if the apparel data is present in the assistant section of the electronic record.
