Shape-Adjustable Chroma Key Compatible Mannequin or Body Suit, and Associated 3D Image Capture Equipment
A body suit resembles at least a partial human body form for use in design, customization, alteration, testing and modeling of garments. The suit includes a plurality of fluid-expandable layers, including an outer skin layer divided into an outer plurality of selectively expandable in varying degrees or quantities to create a variable exterior skin contour. One or more additional fluid-expandable layers underlie the outer skin layer to establish a variable internal tissue depth further contributing to an overall outer body contour of the body suit. An exterior of the body suit is colored or colorable in blue or green to enable chroma key isolation of garment adorned over the suit. Sensors are arrayed over the exterior surface area of the suit for dimensional and pressure measurements, and rotational support structures and cooperating 3D scanners and track-based scanner movement enable 3D imaging of the modeled garment.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING AUGMENTED REALITY SCENES FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS
Systems and methods are provided for the generation of augmented reality (AR) scenery for a physical item. The AR scenery allows a customer to interact with the physical item in the real-world, while also allowing the customer to view the physical item in a virtual setting that may be tailored to the customer and/or to the physical item. According to an embodiment, an AR scene is generated for a physical item. The AR scene includes computer-generated scenery and at least a portion of an image of the physical item, where the computer-generated scenery is based on information associated with the user and/or the physical item. The AR scene is then displayed on a device.
Visual graphic aided location identification
A method of product location identification includes receiving an indication of a product to be located in a retail environment; identifying a product location using the product as a key; determining associated visual symbols from the product location; and communicating the associated visual symbols to a worker to guide the worker to the product location.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING AUGMENTED MEDIA
The present disclosure relates, in part, to spatially aware media that includes three-dimensional (3D) spatial information pertaining to a real-world space. The spatially aware media may map this 3D spatial information to media such as an image, for example, to provide 3D spatial context for the media. This may allow users to more flexibly and efficiently interact with virtual content in real-world spaces that are relevant to them. According to one embodiment, spatially aware media is augmented to provide an image of a real-world space overlaid with a render of a 3D model defined relative to the 3D spatial features of the real-world space. Before augmenting the spatially aware media, a recommended position for the 3D model relative to the 3D spatial features of the real-world space may be determined based on the 3D model and/or on the spatially aware media.
SMART WINDOW DISPLAY, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SMART WINDOW DISPLAY
The present invention provides a smart window display comprising: a display; a camera for identifying a user; a communication unit for communicating with an external device; and a control unit, wherein the control unit provides a personalized recommendation on the basis of the physical characteristics and style characteristics of the user identified through the camera, and when a signal to purchase a product in the personalized recommendation is received from the user after the personalized recommendation is provided, performs a payment process for the product.
Methods and systems for an automated design, fulfillment, deployment and operation platform for lighting installations
A platform for design of a lighting installation generally includes an automated search engine for retrieving and storing a plurality of lighting objects in a lighting object library and a lighting design environment providing a visual representation of a lighting space containing lighting space objects and lighting objects. The visual representation is based on properties of the lighting space objects and lighting objects obtained from the lighting object library. A plurality of aesthetic filters is configured to permit a designer in a design environment to adjust parameters of the plurality of lighting objects handled in the design environment to provide a desired collective lighting effect using the plurality of lighting objects.
Prospective Object Search Techniques Based on Removed Objects
Search techniques are described that support locating and displaying prospective objects in digital images based on a removed object. A digital image, for instance, is received by a computing device as an input depicting a physical environment with various objects and displayed in a user interface. An object depicted by the digital image is removed. An aspect of the removed object is identified. A search system leverages the aspect to locate a prospective object. The prospective object is configured for display within the digital image. As a result, the digital image is displayed in the user interface as having the configured prospective object depicted in the physical environment.
Method, system, and computer program product for product identification using sensory input
A first type of data regarding an unidentified product is collected. A first type of analysis on the first type of data is performed. A second type of data regarding an unidentified product is collected. A second type of analysis on the second type of data is performed. Based upon the first type of analysis on the first type of data and the second type of analysis on the second type of data, product identification for the unidentified product is performed. Based on the product identification, an identity of the unidentified product is output. A user is enabled to perform a business interaction with a product matching the identity of the unidentified product.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SEARCHING IMAGE OF GOODS
A system for searching one or more images of goods includes a shopping mall server connected to a plurality of user terminals and configured to provide the user terminals with similar goods images matching a plurality of input goods images transmitted from the user terminals as a search result for recommended goods; and an input image analyzer communicationally connected with the shopping mall server and configured to receive information on the plurality of input goods images from the shopping mall server, calculate feature vectors corresponding to the input goods images, and transmit the calculated feature vectors to the shopping mall server. The shopping mall server includes a first database storing goods images for respective goods held by the shopping mall server and feature vectors corresponding to the goods images and a second database storing information on the goods images transmitted from the user terminal.
Enclosure for virtual fitting
A system configured to facilitate virtual outfit fitting is described. The system includes a smart closet device having components including a display door and a plurality of image sensors. A first image sensor of the plurality of image sensors is configured to move across a horizontal axis and a vertical axis of enclosure of the smart closet device to capture a plurality of images of a first outfit hung on an outfit hanging column. The smart closet device also includes a computing unit to generate a three-dimensional (3D) model of the first outfit based on the plurality of images. The computing unit is further configured to update an outfit database by storing the generated 3D model of the first outfit in an outfit database. The computing unit generate an image of a user wearing the output in response to receiving a selection of the first output from the user.
