A method for providing online shopping information based on video analysis is performed by one or more processors of a user terminal. The method includes while a video is playing, outputting a first tag associated with a first object included in the video, at a location adjacent to the first object, while the video is playing, outputting a second tag associated with a second object included in the video, at a location adjacent to the second object, while the video is playing, receiving a first user input of selecting the first tag, the first user input being a first input of a user of the user terminal, and in response to receiving the first user input, outputting information on a first product registered in an online shopping platform associated with the first object.

Embodiments described herein relate to a real time, augmented reality, permanent makeup filter to facilitate a preview of what a person could look like with permanent makeup design such as scalp micropigmentation and/or permanent eyebrows replacing a subject's hair or eyebrows with a filtered version, without uploading a photo or having to edit the photo. Based on a scan of the subject's head/face, a system can determine measurements associated with features of the subject's head/face and determine targets for the application of the permanent makeup design. In one embodiment, a system facilitates a customer providing input into the permanent makeup design, such that the permanent makeup design is produced in consultation with a specialist (via a web facility, for example). The system facilitates making adjustments to the design by both a customer and the specialist, simultaneously and in real time, during the consultation.

Systems and methods are provided for identifying items having material properties that are complementary to the material properties of a physical item depicted in an image. According to one embodiment, at least one captured image of a physical item associated with a user is obtained. Material properties related to one or more materials from which the physical item is formed may be determined based on analysis of the image. These material properties may include at least a type of the one or more materials. A second item having material properties that are complementary to the determined material properties may then be identified. Digital media including a representation of the first item and the second item may be generated for presentation at a user device associated with the user.

Multiple users can link their accounts so that an action performed by one user, whether to swipe left, swipe right, or swipe up, is reflected across the account of all linked users. Swipes can also initiate rewards.

A method of permitting an individual to virtually try on a piece of jewelry using augmented reality comprises generating image data associated with the individual and a trial implement. The trial implement is positioned about a portion of the individual. The image data can be generated using one or more image sensors. The method further comprises analyzing the image data to identify the trial implement. The method further comprises causing an electronic display device to display a real-time video of a virtual version of the individual and a virtual version of the piece of jewelry on the individual. The virtual version of the piece of jewelry is positioned relative to the virtual version of the individual based at least in part on the identified trial implement.

Values can be submitted by item transferring users, based on their current context, in furtherance of providing services that facilitate transfer of an item from an item creating user to an item requesting user. Other values can be submitted by the item transferring users in furtherance of characterizing a task of transferring items from a third party entity, who may not be accessing an associated application, to an item requesting user.

Techniques for generating a digital wardrobe are presented herein. A transceiver can be configured to receive a request having a garment identifier and a user identifier. Additionally, an access module can be configured to access a first garment model, access a body model of the user corresponding to the user identifier, and access a second garment model corresponding to the user identifier. Furthermore, a processor can be configured by a garment simulation module to position the body model inside the first garment model and the second garment model, and calculate simulated forces based on the positioning. Moreover, a rendering module can be configured to generate an image of the garment models draped on the body model based on the calculated simulated forces. Subsequently, a display module can be configured to cause presentation of the generated image on a display of a device.
