In some examples, a computer may receive item information indicating items offered by a plurality of merchants. The item information may indicate a number of servings provided by each item. The computer may receive, from a buyer device, an indication of a quantity of people to be served for an order and an indication of a selection of one or more of the items. The computer may determine, from the item information, the number of servings for each selected item. The computer may send, to the buyer device, user interface information to cause the buyer device to present a graphic indicator including a graphical representation of each selected item based on the number of servings of the selected item relative to the number of people to be served to provide a visual indication of a number of servings selected.

Provided are methods and systems for automatic creation of a customized avatar animation of a user. An example method commences with receiving production parameters and creating, based on the production parameters, a multidimensional array of a plurality of blank avatar animations. Each blank avatar animation has a predetermined number of frames and a plurality of features associated with each frame. The method further includes receiving user parameters including body dimensions, hair, and images of a face of a user. The method continues with selecting, from the plurality of blank avatar animations, two blank avatar animations closest to the user based on the body dimensions. The method further includes interpolating corresponding frames of the two blank avatar animations to produce an interpolated avatar animation. The method continues with compositing the face and the hair with the interpolated avatar animation using a machine learning technique to render the customized avatar animation.

Methods and systems for communicating with a server of a cloud services system used to interface with vehicles are provided. One method includes receiving, by the server, a request from electronics of a vehicle to access a profile for a user account. The request identifies user information for a user to use the vehicle. The method includes processing, by the server, at least part of the user information to verify the user against data associated with the user account. The profile has a plurality of settings of the user for the vehicle, and at least part of the plurality of settings for the profile being stored on storage accessible to the cloud services system. The method includes transferring, by the server, upon verification of the user information, one or more settings of the plurality of settings to the vehicle. The transferring is configured to instruct software associated with said electronics of the vehicle to apply said one or more settings to the vehicle for customizing said vehicle to use said one or more settings, and the vehicle uses wireless communication with the cloud services system to receive said one or more settings for the profile. And, the profile is transferrable from vehicle to vehicle used by the user, so user settings go with the user. The profile, in one example, is activated automatically in a vehicle upon pairing a device with the vehicle.

A method for navigating a vehicle automatically from a current location to a destination location without a human operator is disclosed. The method includes identifying a vehicle location using global positioning system (GPS) data regarding the vehicle. Also included is identifying that the vehicle location is near or at a parking location. Then, using mapping data defined for the parking location. The mapping data at least in part is used to find a path at the parking location to avoid a collision of the vehicle with at least one physical structure when the vehicle is automatically moved at the parking location. The method includes instructing the electronics of the vehicle to proceed with controlling the vehicle to automatically move from the current location to the destination location at the parking location. The electronics use as input at least part of the mapping data and sensor data collected from around the vehicle by at least two vehicle sensors. The path is configured to be updatable dynamically based on changes in the destination location or changes along the path. The destination location is a parking spot for the vehicle at the parking location.

An autonomous App for selecting color is disclosed. The App includes (i) receiving an oral query concerning a color from a user, (ii) converting the oral query into a digital signal, (iii) associating the queried color with indicia of said queried color in a color database, and (iv) communicating an oral response to the user based on the queried color. The App resides in a general computing machine, such as a smart phone, a smart speaker or a computer tablet. The App can also guide the user to color merchandises on a color display by the general computing machine capable of augmenting an image of the color display with color information.

System and method for rotational video-like display of images of a gemstone in a viewer having a pan feature. In response to a pan command specifying a direction of rotation for a displayed gemstone, a computing system receives multiple datasets of images of the gemstone. Each dataset contains multiple images of the gemstone, with each image captured from a different angular perspective as compared to other images in the dataset. The different perspective can be captured, for example, around an axis of rotation that depicts the item at a particular angle of view. Once multiple images are received in a dataset, the images are progressively displayed in a viewer by transitioning between individual images in a certain order based on the received pan command. The pan command can specify both a direction and a magnitude of rotation, such as by clicking and dragging or swiping on a touchscreen.

An application display method and an electronic device. An electronic device includes a first application. The electronic device detects a first operation. The electronic device displays, in a landscape orientation state, a first interface of the first application in a first area of a display screen of the electronic device in response to the first operation. The electronic device detects a second operation performed on the first interface, where the second operation is used to open a second interface of the first application. The electronic device displays the second interface in a second area in response to the second operation. The display screen includes at least two areas, the at least two areas include the first area and the second area, and different areas do not overlap.
