Method of improving visual recognition of an item and item display system
A method of improving visual recognition of an item amongst a plurality of items displayed by an electronic device having a display includes providing a number of sets of actual dimensions of a number of the plurality of items, respectively, the number of the plurality of items including the item. A scaling factor is determined using the number of sets of actual dimensions and a number of sets of image dimensions of a respective number of representations of the number of the plurality of items respectively contained in a number of images. The scaling factor is applied to a dimension of an image to be displayed containing a representation of the item, and the scaled image is displayed.
Method, system, and one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media for augmented reality assistant for transactions
Techniques are described for capturing an image of a physical object, and presenting the image in an augmented reality (AR) user interface (UI) with an overlay that includes context information regarding physical object in the image. An application running on a portable computing device receives an object image captured using the device camera. The application, and/or a remote service, analyzes the image to identify the object. Context data describing the object is determined and presented through the application's AR UI. The AR UI can also provide a real time communication session in which the user interacts with a service representative or bot to discuss a loan to purchase the object. Implementations also provide points to the user for taking out a loan to purchase a product, such points redeemable for discounts on future purchases. Point data for the user can be stored on a distributed ledger network.
Method and system for automatically replenishing consumable items
A method and system for automatically replenishing consumable items. A consumer is allowed to scan in product codes for consumable items with a camera component on a network device such as a mobile phone. The consumer is also allowed to select desired vendors from which to purchase the selected consumable items, select payment options, select delivery options, create and select list of consumable items to be automatically replenished and create and select lists of consumable items that can be shared on-line and on social media so family, relatives, friends or neighbors of the consumer can purchase items for the consumer when the family, relatives, friends or neighbors are doing their own shopping.
Virtual fitting system with motion activated light
A system configured to facilitate virtual outfit fitting is described. The system includes a smart closet device having components including a display door and a plurality of image sensors. A first image sensor of the plurality of image sensors is configured to move across a horizontal axis and a vertical axis of enclosure of the smart closet device to capture a plurality of images of a first outfit hung on an outfit hanging column. The smart closet device also includes a computing unit to generate a three-dimensional (3D) model of the first outfit based on the plurality of images. The computing unit is further configured to update an outfit database by storing the generated 3D model of the first outfit in an outfit database. The computing unit generate an image of a user wearing the output in response to receiving a selection of the first output from the user.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EMBEDDABLE POINT-OF-SALE TRANSACTIONS
The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for delivering online multi-media content in a manner that provides embedded point-of-sale transaction functionality so that a user can simultaneously view the online multi-media content and purchase product(s) and/or service(s) associated with and/or featured in such content.
VIRTUAL REALITY GALLERY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING VIRTUAL REALITY GALLERY SERVICE
According to the present invention, disclosed are a virtual reality gallery system and a method for providing a virtual reality gallery service, the VR gallery service providing server includes a processor configured to control work upload data including at least one original image to be received from the first user terminal and a virtual reality (VR) gallery for online viewing of the original image to be generated using the work upload data. such that a user may view works in virtual reality.
METHOD, APPARATUS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR STYLE RECOMMENDATION
The present invention relates to a method for recommending a coordination fashion item in a service server and the method includes generating a product database by extracting and indexing a feature and/or a label of explaining contents of a product which is available in an online market based on an image of the product; generating a style database for a style image in which a person wears a plurality of fashion items; extracting a search target fashion item from a query when the query for an image displayed on a user device is received and searching for an item similar to the fashion item from the style database based on an image similarity; determining an item in a category different from the similar item from the style image from which the similar item is searched as a coordination item; and searching for the product database for the coordination item based on an image similarity and determining a product similar to the coordination item as a recommendation product.
Object Feature Visualization Apparatus and Methods
An object feature visualization system is disclosed. The system may include a computing device that generates video-mapped images to project onto physical objects. The video-mapped images may include features to be projected onto the objects. The projection of a video-mapped image onto the physical object allows for the visualization of the feature on the object. In some examples, the computing device receives a feature selection for a particular object, and generates a video-mapped image with the selected feature to provide to a projector to project the video-mapped image onto the physical object. In some examples, a user is able to select one or more features for one or more objects of a room display via a user interface. The system then projects video-mapped images with the selected features onto the physical objects. The system may allow a user to save feature selections, and to purchase or request additional information about objects with selected features.
SHOPPING CART PREVIEW SYSTEM
Described herein is a system and techniques for implementing a single mechanism that, when activated, provides multiple shopping cart previews for different resource providers generated based on a list of items which is customized according to the user that activated the mechanism. In some embodiments, a list of item types may be received by the system from the user including item types. The system may identify a number of potential items for each of the item types in the list of item types available at each resource provider. The user may then be provided with a shopping cart preview with the list of items from each resource provider. In some embodiments, the user may be provided with the ability to complete a transaction for one or more of the shopping cart previews.
DIGITAL MIRROR
Disclosed embodiments include a digital mirror for digitally trying on one or more physical objects. The digital mirror may include a camera that captures content data of a person or other subject. A portion the person's body may then be augmented by a digital representation of an item of clothing or other physical object overlaid over the image of the person's body to simulate the appearance of trying on clothing and other objects. By augmenting the portion of the user's body with the digital representation, the digital mirror allows users to digitally try objects they see when browsing e-commerce platforms.
