The present invention discloses a system and method for improvement in process of measurement of body circumference using Augmented Reality (AR) and 4-point mathematical calculations approach and mobile device camera. The method includes the steps of receiving two or more individual parameters from an individual device; receiving at least one set of 4 points capture through AR technology; measurement through AR technology from the individual device, at least one dimension including user's inputs on height, weight, age, and size range; performing body segmentation on at least one dimensions to identify one or more body features associated with the human from the background; performing the distance calculation between four points; compare the calculation results with standard sizing database and displaying the final output to the individual. The application utilizes Augmented Reality for estimating the circumference body measurements of an individual from specific point to point capture in the individual's environment using the individual's device.
SHOPPING SUPPORT DEVICE, SHOPPING SUPPORT SYSTEM, SHOPPING SUPPORT METHOD, AND SHOPPING SUPPORT PROGRAM
By transmitting shopping support selection screen information for displaying a shopping support selection screen to a client terminal, the shopping support selection screen that preferentially displays a shopping method using “shopping agency service” and “shopping list” is displayed on the client terminal. When “shopping agency service” is selected, a shopping agency process is performed, and when “shopping list” is selected, a shopping list process is performed.
Presentation object determining method and apparatus based on image content, medium, and device
Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for determining a presentation object. In some examples, an apparatus for determining a presentation object includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry extracts a feature of an object in an image and determines, according to the feature of the object, first feature similarities between the object and a plurality of class nodes. Each class node is associated with at least one leaf node, and each of the class nodes and the leaf nodes is associated with one presentation object. The processing circuitry selects a subset of the plurality of class nodes according to the first feature similarities and calculates second feature similarities between the leaf nodes associated with the selected subset of the plurality of class nodes and the object. The processing circuitry selects a predetermined quantity of presentation objects according to the first feature similarities and the second feature similarities.
Efficient rendering of 3D models using model placement metadata
Model placement metadata is defined and stored for a three-dimensional (“3D”) model. The model placement metadata specifies constraints on the presentation of the 3D model when rendered in a view of a real-world environment, such as a view of a real-world environment generated by wearable computing device like an augmented reality (“AR”) or virtual reality (“VR”) device. A wearable computing device can analyze the geometry of a real-world environment to determine a configuration for the 3D model that satisfies the constraints set forth by the model placement metadata when the 3D model is rendered in a view of the environment. Once the configuration for the 3D model has been computed, the wearable device can render the 3D model according to the displayed configuration and display the rendering in a view of the real-world environment.
Computer vision for unsuccessful queries and iterative search
Computer vision for unsuccessful queries and iterative search is described. The described system leverages visual search techniques by determining visual characteristics of objects depicted in images and describing them, e.g., using feature vectors. In some aspects, these visual characteristics are determined for search queries that are identified as not being successful. Aggregated information describing visual characteristics of images of unsuccessful search queries is used to determine common visual characteristics and objects depicted in those images. This information can be used to inform other users about unmet needs of searching users. In some aspects, these visual characteristics are used in connection with iterative image searches where users select an initial query image and then the search results are iteratively refined. Unlike conventional techniques, the described system iteratively refines the returned search results using an embedding space learned from binary attribute labels describing images.
Systems and methods for product visualization using a single-page application
Systems and methods are disclosed for visualizing products in a single-page application. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, an application system can receive from a client system, during rendering of a webpage received by the client system from a host system, a request for a script associated with the host system. The script can be executable by the client system to perform operations including modifying the webpage to include a visualization application in response to a selection of a visualization control in the webpage by a user of the client system. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, the application system can receive, from the visualization application, a request to display a product in a first image. A location can be identified in the first image using a machine learning model. Instructions can be provided to the visualization application for displaying the product at the location.
Systems for generating image-based user interfaces
User interfaces that prioritize the presentation of images over other content are generated to facilitate user understanding of available items, especially in cases where a user is accessing a website using a mobile device or other device having a limited display area. When an interface containing images and non-image content is presented, such as a search result output, the user may select an image view in which each image is presented in association with a category of the image, while excluding output of non-image content. User interaction with a particular image may be used to access the non-image content associated with that image. In some cases, user interaction with an image may cause presentation of a three-dimensional model of the depicted item, which may be rotated and magnified through additional user input.
ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE ACCESSORIES
An on-demand production system for accessories for use with electronic devices is configured to generate digital templates defining the design of the accessories and provide the digital templates to retail or other locations. The retail or other locations may receive access to the digital templates automatically and/or electronically within a week, a day, or even minutes, of the digital template being created. When a customer requests an accessory, the digital template may be accessed. Using an electronic production machine and a supply of stock material, the accessory can be cut, formed, printed, or otherwise produced based on instructions or designs of the digital template. The electronic production machine may automatically read the digital template to automate the production at a retail location. The electronic production machine may produce the accessory on-demand, and production of the accessory may be completed within two hours, or potentially within ten minutes, of a request.
Generating Virtual Makeup Products
Techniques are described for generating virtual makeup products. Virtual makeup products, in this context, may include a predefined effect and a configuration for the effect, wherein the predefined effect includes one or more layered visual filters. In an embodiment, a system in accordance with the present disclosure may acquire makeup product definition data based on characteristics of a real-world makeup product from an entity associated with the real-world product such as a designer, manufacturer, or vendor. Using the makeup product definition data, the system may generate a virtual makeup product includes a configuration of a predefined effect based on the acquired product definition data. The generated virtual makeup product is then passed through a process of internal calibration, internal review, and external review to improve the accuracy of the simulation of the real-world makeup product. In some embodiments, external review is performed by an external reviewing entity (e.g., a designer, manufacturer, or vendor) by using a validation application.
Augmented Reality, Computer Vision, and Digital Ticketing Systems
Augmented reality, computer vision, and digital ticketing system techniques are described that employ a location determination system. In one example, the location determination system is configured to receiving at least one digital image as part of a live camera feed, identify an object included in the at least one digital image using object recognition, determine a location of the object in relation to a digital map of a physical environment, generate augmented reality digital content indicating the determined location in relation to the digital map, and render the augmented reality digital content as part of the live camera feed for display by a display device.
