One embodiment of the present invention relates to an integrated scholarship management system and a scholarship operation method using same, the technical problem to be solved being to enable the batch processing online of work involving various and complicated processes such as searching for scholarship information, submitting a scholarship application, reviewing and evaluating, selecting a scholarship student, paying a scholarship, reporting tax, etc.

The approach involves receiving a first data set from a first device associated with a candidate user, wherein the first data set includes athletic performance information. The approach also involves receiving a second data set from a second device associated with a coaching user, wherein the second data set includes athletic observation information associated with the candidate user. The approach further involves determining selection criteria associated with a plurality of institutions for a sports program. The approach also involves matching the candidate user with one or more of the plurality of institutions based on the first data set, the second data set, and the determined selection criteria. To maintain and automate safety, the credential definitions can be updated based on changes to flight course requirements made by the regulatory body.
