Dynamic event scheduling
Implementations provide a calendar application for dynamic scheduling and adjustment of events, such as sequential training events. The calendar application is used to specify events that are to occur within a schedule of events, an order in which the events are to occur, and a duration for each event. The calendar application is also used to specify available time periods in which the events may be scheduled. Based on the specified events and available time periods, the events are scheduled into available time periods to generate a calendar, a schedule of the events that preserves the specified order of events. On detecting a change in the inputs, such as a change in the specified events and/or available time periods, the calendar may be automatically updated (in real time with respect to the change) to accommodate the change, while preserving the order and duration of events.
Correlating jobs with personalized learning activities in online education platforms
Employers or recruiters populate an online database with job postings. The concepts that job applicants need to have learned to be successful applicants for a job are stated or inferred from the job posting and optionally resumes of others who have held that job. A student's own learning activities are logged by an online education platform. From a comparison between the student's completed learning units and a job posting's required learning units, a personalized learning unit gap can be identified for a student. The online education platform can then recommend how the student can fill the gap by undertaking the study of learning units on the education platform.

Measures of employee profile and other necessary traits and optionally interests are used to match candidates to employment positions. Opportunities are group into six categories career exposure, professional network connections, skills and training, internship experiences, education and entry-level employment programs. Software and computer systems embodying the method are also disclosed.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VERIFYING AND MANAGING DIGITAL CREDENTIALS
Systems and methods which provide the ability for users to track the lifecycle and conditional rules associated with credentials, which can include digitally verified third-party assertions of identity, education, licensing, work history, provenance, authenticity, outcomes, ingredients, etc. through a network of certified primary source or primary source equivalent issuers of credentials. Verifiable data registry technology can be used to provide access to information associated with the credentials, such as validity and schemas. Credential presentation and subscription processes are also utilized. Ecosystem communication and management functions can be executed through various agent instances associated with the actors, including administrators. Rating systems and fee transactions are also managed.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ADAPTIVE SECURITY GUIDANCE
A method includes identifying an error in computer readable code and identifying a user profile associated with a development environment used to generate the computer readable code. The method also includes searching a database for user profile information indicative of a training sequence performed by a user associated with the user profile. The method further includes identifying a type of the error identified in the computer readable code and comparing the type of the error with one or more properties associated with the training sequence. The method additionally includes calculating a severity of the error based on the comparison with the one or more properties associated with the training sequence, and assigning a competence level to the user associated with the user profile based on the calculated severity. The method further includes generating a remediation suggestion to correct the error in the computer readable code based on the competence level.
TRAINING, TRACKING, AND PLACEMENT SYSTEM
A training, tracking, and placement system determines a competence score for a job seeker with respect to a skill set and matches the job seeker with recruiters and/or employers based on the competence score. Competence scores of job seekers may be compared with thresholds provided by recruiters and/or employers to recommend training activities that may improve job seekers' skills in the skill set. Moreover, the training, tracking, and placement system can compare data associated with job seekers with predetermined criteria provided by recruiters and/or employers. Recruiters and/or employers can define predetermined criteria for various industry sectors, roles, and/or employment opportunities and search for and/or receive matches of job seekers who fulfill the specified criteria. The predetermined criteria may include a suitable competence score that a job seeker should have for the job, enabling the competence score to be used to match the job seeker with recruiters, employers, and/or employment opportunities.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING ACCESS TO MENTORING

ANALYZING DATA FOR GENERATING CUSTOM EDUCATIONAL PLAN/CONTENT OPTIONS
A system and method that includes identifying a change in condition of a working environment. Educational content relevant to an educational category of the change in condition is retrieved. A skill gap of a team member associated with the working environment is calculated by comparing an existing educational training received by the team member relevant to the educational category with the educational content retrieved in response to identifying the change in condition. A custom education plan is built to resolve the skill gap of the team member.
COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT BASED RECOMMENDATIONS
An approach is provided for generating cognitive assessment based recommendations. Information about a user is collected. A knowledge domain and sub-domain of the user is determined. Knowledge sources for the knowledge domain and sub-domain are determined. Based on an analysis of the collected information by a personality analysis service using natural language processing, personality traits, needs, and values of the user are determined. Based on an analysis of the knowledge sources and the personality traits, needs, and values of the user by a scenario analysis service, the knowledge sources are ranked. Experts in the knowledge domain and sub-domain are identified by scanning a ranked list of first level contacts and second level contacts of the user. Based on the personality traits, needs, and values, the knowledge sources, and the experts, suggestions for an advancement of a career of the user are generated.
System and method for automatic quality management in a contact center environment
A method for automatically managing a recorded interaction between a customer and an agent of a contact center includes: extracting, by a processor, features from the recorded interaction; computing, by the processor, a score of the recorded interaction by supplying the features to a prediction model; detecting, by the processor, a condition based on the score; matching, by the processor, the condition with an action; and transmitting, by the processor, a command to control a component of the contact center to perform the action.
