The processing system may be configured to provide an interactive visualization system based on the skill proficiency by occupation model.
REPRESENTATIVE CLIENT DEVICES IN A CONTACT CENTER ENVIRONMENT
Techniques described herein relate to a client application framework for a contact center environment. A role-specific thick client framework may include a web browser-based, desktop application having multiple processes that can be distributed across the computing infrastructure of the client device. A portion of the framework may include a container application image received from an internal server of the contact center and launched by the client device. The desktop application may collect data associated with use of the container application image and transmit the collected data to a contact center server. The contact center server may process the data, in some instances along with data from additional desktop applications on additional client devices, to implement one or more integrated models across the contact center environment.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY ADAPTING CONTENT ON AN EDUCATION PLATFORM
A system for continuously adapting a content on an education platform is described. The system includes a plurality of user devices, a personalization server communicatively coupled to the plurality of user devices, and an optimization server communicatively coupled to the personalization server. Each user device is configured to obtain data associated with a corresponding user. The personalization server creates learning pathways for each user. The optimization server generates content associated one or more education disciplines based on the learning pathways. The personalization server further determines performance data and interaction data based on the content and adapts the learning pathways based on the performance data and the interaction data. The optimization server receives the adapted learning pathways and updates the content based on the adapted learning pathways.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADMINISTERING COMMUNICATION SKILLS ASSESSMENT AND GENERATING AUGMENTATIVE AND ALTERNATIVE COMMUNICATION STRATEGY, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A method for administering a communication skills assessment and generating an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategy is provided. The method is implemented by a computer device and includes steps of: displaying an input page for inputting of an activity, an activity location and an activity goal for a client; generating and displaying a key steps evaluation form that includes a plurality of key steps required for achieving the inputted goal, and a plurality of independence level entry fields that respectively correspond to the plurality of key steps, each of the plurality of independence level entry fields designed for inputting of information on communication independence level of the client corresponding to the respective one of the key steps; generating and displaying a plurality of communication needs; displaying a barriers evaluation questionnaire to be completed; and generating and displaying at least one communication strategy and a lesson plan.
Workforce Innovation Online Career Exploration and Development Platform for Students and Young Adults
The present invention relates to a cloud-based workforce development and readiness platform supporting career exploration, workforce development, skills enhancement, and personal growth for students and young adults using a gamified learning approach. The platform comprises a dual SaaS/WaaS architecture, including a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) module for learners and a Workforce-as-a-Service (WaaS) module for employers, educators, and partners, enabling bidirectional data flows across the ecosystem. The platform further includes a modular AI-powered assistant (GT3S), implemented as a knowledge-based large language model trained on accredited and proprietary workforce data sources, configured to provide personalized guidance, mentor-matching signals, curriculum alignment, and predictive workforce analytics. Users engage with structured programs based on four developmental pillars, earning points and incentives tied to workforce readiness outcomes, including certifications, internships, and employer-aligned skills benchmarks. The system also provides multi-stakeholder dashboards for learners, mentors, educators, and employers, integrating customer relationship management, learning management, e-commerce, donation management, and recruitment functions on a secure cloud infrastructure to create a comprehensive ecosystem for workforce pipeline development.
In-vehicle psychomotor skill assessment while parked
A vehicle psychomotor driving skill assessment system includes an on-board inputs group in a vehicle including physiological sensors. An on-board computer receives input from the on-board inputs group. The on-board computer accesses one or more algorithms from a memory to perform a skill test, evaluates skill test data, accesses stored skill test results from previous performed skill tests and saved average skill test results, and generates a current skill test result including a psychomotor ability assessment. A vehicle screen is provided. A skill test image generated by the on-board computer and a current user skill test result including the psychomotor ability assessment are presented on the vehicle screen to assist the user in performing the skill test. The current user skill test result assists the user in determining a user capability to operate the vehicle following the skill test.

A computer-implemented method and system to generate personalized career progression path are disclosed. The method may include obtaining data about work experience of an employee and computing a current role. Further, in a graphical user interface, a career universe comprising the current role of the employee and a set of potential career roles comprising may be presented. Furthermore, in the career universe, a relationship between the current role of the employee and the set of potential career roles may be identified. On receiving a selection of an aspirational role from the employee, at least one possible path from the current role of the employee to the aspirational role, along with the growth suggestions comprising one or more of articles, a certification or a learning experience for the employee to progress towards to the aspirational role, may be presented on the graphical user interface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SECURED DATA AGGREGATION VIA AN AGGREGATION DATABASE SCHEMA
Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable secure data aggregation in an aggregation database. The aggregation database has an aggregation database schema configured to communicate with entity-specific databases via entity-specific secure connections. The aggregation database receives, from the entity-specific databases, user profiles having an entity identifier identifying an entity, and a metric associated with a user. Groups associated with the user profiles are determined based on the metric associated with each user profile. The user profiles are ranked within each group for a ranking across the entity-specific databases based on the metric. A percentile rank in each group across the entity-specific databases is determined for each user profile. Each user profile is modified to include the percentile rank and are returned to each entity-specific database without other user profiles not associated with each respective entity-specific database.
Systems and methods for evaluating career interests through situation judgment test format
Systems and methods are provided for evaluating career interests through situational judgment test format. In embodiments, a career assessment is generated, using a first language based machine learning model and a set of criteria. The career assessment is administered to a user. A plurality of test answers for the user are received based on the career assessment. For a particular test answer a score is assigned for the particular test answer and at least one user career interest category based on the score is determined. The totals for the at least one user career interest category based on the determining is tabulated. At least one career suggestion is provided, using a second language based machine learning model, based on the totals for the at least one user career interest category.
