Disclosed is a method of measuring a physiological parameter in a contactless manner. The method includes acquiring a plurality of image frames for a subject, acquiring a first color channel value, a second color channel value, and a third color channel value for at least one image frame included in the plurality of image frames. The method further includes calculating a first difference and a second difference on the basis of the first color channel value, the second color channel value, and the third color channel value for at least one image frame included in the plurality of image frames. The first difference represents a difference between the first color channel value and the second color channel value for the same image frame, and the second difference represents a difference between the first color channel value and the third color channel value for the same image frame.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC ULTRASOUND SEGMENTATION FOR VISUALIZATION AND MEASUREMENT
20210275146 · 2021-09-09 ·

A system and method for performing ultrasound scans is provided. One embodiment of the ultrasonagraphic system acquires sonogram information from a series of ultrasonic scans of a human subject. The series of ultrasound scans are taken over a portion of interest on the human subject which has their underlying bone structure or other ultrasound discernable organ that is under examination. The data from the series of scans are synthesized into a single data file that corresponds to a three-dimensional (3D) image and/or 3D model of the underlying bone structure or organ of the examined human subject.

COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD FOR PROCESSING X-RAY IMAGES
20210192739 · 2021-06-24 ·

A computer-implemented method for processing x-ray images. A sequence of x-ray images is provided of a field of view in which at least one section of a vascular system of an examination subjects is imaged. The sequence describes a variation with time of the detected x-ray intensity in the field of view based on a change in a contrast agent distribution in the section of the vascular system. A contrast agent variable is determined relating to the contrast agent distribution as a function of a variation with time of a variable relating to the x-ray intensity in a selected subregion of the x-ray images. An image of the section of the vascular system is determined as a function of at least one of the x-ray images of the sequence. The image is modified as a function of the contrast agent variable.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE AND METHOD OF PROCESSING IMAGES

The present application includes a method and a software architecture for measuring global longitudinal strain (GLS) and global longitudinal strain rate (GLSr) from 2D echocardiograms. In contrast to conventional GLS computation methods, this approach does not require boundary segmentation and regularization.
