The method further includes identifying first and second sets of features, predicting a first baseline mental state, predicting a second baseline mental state, predicting an average baseline mental state, identifying a target mental state, simulating a predicted path from the average baseline mental state toward the target mental state, and outputting an indication of one or more actions for adjusting the baseline mental state.

A hybrid operation of a license plate recognition (LPR) system and infrastructure monitoring is provided. The system takes advantage of a first mode of operation of the LPR system, by running an infrastructure analytical tool which gathers infrastructure images in parallel with license plate detection. Analytics are applied, via a cloud based analytics engine, to provide detection of infrastructure anomalies, and prediction of potential infrastructure incidents. The system further generates a trigger alert warning of a potential infrastructure incident and recommendation to address the potential infrastructure incident.
Method and system for model-based fusion of multi-modal volumetric images
A method and system for fusion of multi-modal volumetric images is disclosed. A first image acquired using a first imaging modality is received. A second image acquired using a second imaging modality is received. A model and of a target anatomical structure and a transformation are jointly estimated from the first and second images. The model represents a model of the target anatomical structure in the first image and the transformation projects a model of the target anatomical structure in the second image to the model in the first image. The first and second images can be fused based on estimated transformation.

The technology disclosed relates to authenticating users using a plurality of non-deterministic registration biometric inputs. During registration, a plurality of non-deterministic biometric inputs are given as input to a trained machine learning model to generate sets of feature vectors. The non-deterministic biometric inputs can include a plurality of face images and a plurality of voice samples of a user. A characteristic identity vector for the user can be determined by averaging feature vectors. During authentication, a plurality of non-deterministic biometric inputs are given as input to a trained machine learning model to generate a set of authentication feature vectors. The sets of feature vectors are projected onto a surface of a hyper-sphere. The system can authenticate the user when a cosine distance between the authentication feature vector and a characteristic identity vector for the user is less than a pre-determined threshold.
