Accessory restraint systems, accessories, and methods of manufacture are provided. An accessory restraint system may be securable to a garment and may include one or more fastening portions designed to be secured to an interior portion of the garment by stitching or another process. One or more accessories may be removably attachable to the fastening portion(s). Each fastening portion may include a hook-and-loop material and may be designed as a single length of the hook-and-loop material or as a number of patches including the hook-and-loop material. The hook-and-loop material may have any dimensions or characteristics compatible with any number of garments. The garment may be a bottom garment (e.g., a pair of jeans or yoga pants) or any other garment. The interior portion of the garment may be a waistband or a pocket. Compatible accessories may include a pouch, a sheath, a holster, a belt, or any other accessory.

The front surface of the back panel and the back surface of the front panel are complimentary and thus configured to mate with each other to be removably secured to each other. The tab locks and pull tabs also have complimentary hook and loop surfaces and are thus configured to mate with each other to be removably secured to each other.

The receiver is configured to receive power from the wireless charging device and provide the received power to the battery.

LOAD BEARING HARNESS

Load carriage systems are described including one or more of a first chest panel, a first back panel, and a self-adjusting cummerbund connecting the first chest panel and the first back panel. The self-adjusting cummerbund may include a tensioning mechanism configured to allow the cummerbund to extend and retract, and may be configured to provide varying resistive force. The tensioning mechanism may include one or more of a sliding portion, a continuous patterned length of material that is folded over itself, and an elastic member that is attached to the sliding member and the length of material. Body armor plates may be held between outer and inner chest panels and/or between outer and inner back panels. A strip of webbing may be used to secure the body armor plate between the outer and inner panels.
