The bearing frame is provided with a first through hole. The light guide assembly is disposed on the bearing frame. A first gap is formed between the light guide assembly and the display module. The fingerprint identification assembly includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is disposed in the first gap. The receiver is disposed on a side of the bearing frame away from the light guide assembly and is corresponding to a position of the first through hole.
System and method for acquiring multimodal biometric information
Methods, systems, and programming for user identification are presented. In one example, a system for acquiring biometric information is disclosed. The system comprises a housing including a surface for a person to place a finger thereon. The system also comprises a sensor, a first image acquisition portion, and a second image acquisition portion. The sensor is configured for sensing presence of the finger when the person places the finger on the surface. The first image acquisition portion is configured for acquiring a fingerprint image of the finger placed on the surface. The second image acquisition portion is configured for acquiring a finger vein image of the finger placed on the surface. The first and second image acquisition portions acquire their respective images at different times.
DISPLAY DEVICE
The present invention provides a display device. The display device includes a display region, a fingerprint recognition region disposed in the display region, and further includes a display panel. The display panel includes a light-shielding structure. A plurality of light-transmitting holes is disposed in the light-shielding structure in the fingerprint recognition region. A fingerprint recognition group is disposed under the display panel and corresponds to the fingerprint recognition region.

A biometric capture device having an optical block integrating an acquisition surface, an optical acquisition system arranged so that a first light ray propagating, outside the optical block, along an optical axis of the said optical acquisition system forms at the level of the acquisition surface, an angle with respect to a normal to the acquisition surface of a value greater than a critical angle depending on the refractive indices of the optical block and of the air, the optical system also being arranged so that the optical axis forms an angle with respect to a normal to the exit face less than said critical angle, an illumination system configured to provide illumination of the acquisition surface, the illumination system generating a light beam defined by an illumination axis, a second light ray propagating along the illumination axis out of the optical block.
Fingerprint recognition device
A fingerprint recognition device including a light emitting layer, an image sensing layer and a micro-lens layer is provided. The image sensing layer has a plurality of pixels. The micro-lens layer is disposed between the light emitting layer and the image sensing layer and has a plurality of micro lenses respectively corresponding to the pixels. A distance between the micro-lens layer and the light emitting layer is less than or equal to 800 um and greater than or equal to h1, where h1=(x/2×tan θ), x is the minimum distance between two micro lenses respectively corresponding to different pixels on a plane where the micro-lens layer is disposed, and θ is an FWHM light receiving angle of each of the micro lenses.
Optical system
An optical system, sequentially from an object side to an image side along an optical axis, includes: an glass screen (E1), an interference screen (S3), a lens group, and a color filter (E3). An effective focal length f of the optical system and an entrance pupil diameter EPD of the optical system satisfy f/EPD<1.8. The optical system may be used for fingerprint recognition, and has characteristics such as a large field of view, a larger aperture, and an ultra-thin feature, etc.
BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION DEVICE
A biometric identification device is provided. Photosensitive devices are disposed on the substrate. The first dielectric layer is disposed on the photosensitive devices. The first light-shielding parts are disposed on the first dielectric layer. Each of the first light-shielding parts has a first light-transmitting area and a first light-shielding area surrounding the first light-transmitting area. The first light-transmitting area corresponds to and overlaps with the photosensitive device, and at least two of the first light-shielding parts are spaced apart by a spacer area. The second dielectric layer is disposed on the first light-shielding parts. The second light-shielding part is disposed on the second dielectric layer. An orthogonal projection of at least a part of the spacer area on the substrate is within an orthogonal projection of a second light-shielding area on the substrate.
Biometric sensor module and electronic device including the same
An electronic device includes: a housing including a front plate oriented in a first direction and a rear plate oriented in a second direction; a display visible through at least a portion of the front plate; and a biometric sensor module located between the front plate and the rear plate. The biometric sensor module may include: a cover glass oriented in the second direction; at least one light source configured to emit light to the outside; a light detector disposed adjacent to the at least one light source, and configured to receive reflected light corresponding to light emitted from the light source; a light guide disposed between the light detector and the cover glass, and configured to provide a path of the reflected light received by the light detector; and a circuit board electrically connected to the at least one light source and the light detector.
