By producing one single sheet of the glove roll at a time, it gives the capability to sandwich two sheets of the glove roll together to create individual sections of pairs of gloves. Producing the glove roll this way allows for the guarantee of infection control. The user is only receiving one pair of gloves at a time, rather than reaching into a box of gloves and pulling out too many and possibly contaminating the remaining gloves and/or wasting the extra. The roll will be dispensed by a machine that is similar in fashion to a paper towel dispenser and available in an automatic or manual dispensing option. The roll will also be dispensed via a traditional cardboard glove box.

The gown also includes a first and second rear panels formed from a nonwoven laminate that is air breathable and allows for an air volumetric flow rate ranging from about 20 standard cubic feet per minute (scfm) to about 80 scfm. The gown further includes a collar formed from an air breathable knit material positioned adjacent a proximal end of the gown. The collar defines a neck opening having a v-neck shape adjacent the front panel. The v-neck shape forms an angle of greater than 90 at the neck opening. The combination of features results in a reduced-glare gown that is stretchable and impervious to liquids, yet can still dissipate heat and humidity.

The reversible opening can be a zipper, including a double zipper. The protective garment is formed of a tri-laminate 30/30/30 water resistant barrier fabric. The garment can be incinerated so as to provide a disposable, one time use coverall particularly adapted for use in nuclear/radioactive environments. The coverall provides integrated elements for water resistance (i.e., splash resistant), breathable, comfortable contamination protection with a high volume of water vapor transfer which can mitigate worker heat stress. It is adapted for use with various types of breathing apparatuses, included external air lines, back-mounted SCBAs, and emergency breathing bottles or apparatuses. Air tanks and bottles are covered by the garment and thus do not need to be decontaminated. The garment also can include elements for use with air sampling devices and/or dosimetry equipment that are often worn by such workers.

The disposable garment further includes a torso portion to receive a torso, wherein the torso portion is formed when the single piece is folded along the fold seam, and the torso portion includes a front opening formed by flaps that can be opened or closed.
