Bicycle rental system with multiple ways of renting and returning bicycles
A bicycle rental system includes a plurality of rental bicycles, each of which has a locking apparatus, a controlling apparatus, and a parking locker. The locking apparatus is operated to lock the rental bicycle, and the parking locker is able to engage and lock a dock locker of the dock. The controlling apparatus transmits signals to a control system, and receives signals from the control system through a network. The bicycle rental system may return the rental bicycle with or without the docks, and may rent the rental bicycle by a mobile device or a tag device.
RFID SCANNING DEVICE
Systems, devices and methods for performing inventory management using RFID technology. The system includes a double-door box for receiving one or more items containing RFID tags. Items are scanned against a baseline content data to confirm all items are present and whether any items have expired. The box has security features to prevent unauthorized access to its contents and create an audit trail of access. Access to the box may be granted when two users present separate authorized RFID-enabled cards, wrist bands, or other items. Multiple locking features provide for additional security. A drop box mechanism on top of the housing allows for items to be deposited into the box without the same security protocols needed for accessing items. Scanning, authorization, and notification functions may be controlled remotely by an outside server or locally by a processing unit contained within the box itself.
LOCKING AND UNLOCKING CONTROL SYSTEM AND LOCKING AND UNLOCKING CONTROL METHOD
A locking and unlocking control system includes: a first information acquisition part configured to acquire presence information as to whether a parcel associated with a first user is present in a predetermined region defined in a vehicle or a facility, the predetermined region having a door configured to be locked and unlocked through a locking and unlocking process performed by a locking and unlocking control device; and a locking and unlocking control part configured to execute a predetermined process so as not to permit unlocking of the door by a second user when the locking and unlocking control part determines based on the presence information that the parcel is present in the predetermined region and when the door is locked.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VEHICLE
A system and method for controlling a vehicle are disclosed, which reduce a standby time of a user who controls the vehicle using a mobile device, minimize the number of user manipulation times, and guarantee higher security, may include a mobile device and a controller, wherein the mobile device generates not only a hash key and an encryption key received from a server, but also an encrypted control command through biometric authentication information received from a user and wherein the controller receives the encrypted control command from the mobile device through a short-range communication network, decrypts the encrypted control command using a hash key and a decryption key received from the server, and performs control corresponding to the control command.
SMART HANDLEBAR OF RENTAL BICYCLE
A smart handlebar of a rental bicycle includes a handlebar and a controlling apparatus. The controlling apparatus is connected to the handlebar, and has a processor, to which a display, a reader module, a code generating module, a transceiver module, and a positioning module are electrically connected. The code generating module generates a rental code shown on the display to be scanned by a mobile device. The reader module detects and reads a tag device to generate a rental signal accordingly. The positioning module determines a location of the rental bicycle and generates a bicycle location data accordingly. The transceiver module transmits a rental signal to a control system, and receives a control signal from the control system. The rental bicycle can be rented by either the mobile device or the tag device.
AUTO SECURITY AND AUTO SAFETY SYSTEM
A method for implementing security on a vehicle, comprising integrating an auto device on the vehicle; receiving, at the auto device, input from a remote device to authenticate the remote device to the auto device; verifying, at the auto device, that the remote device is a first authenticated remote device or one of a sequence of at least one subsequently authenticated remote devices; and enabling a security related function of the vehicle upon receiving, at the auto device, instruction from the remote device if the remote device is a first authenticated remote device.
CELL PHONE SELF-SERVICE CHECK-OUT (CPSSC) AND ANTI-THEFT DEVICE
A cell phone self-service check-out (CPSSC) application and its anti-theft device with an application controlled unlocking/detaching mechanism. The CPSSC enables the shopper purchase articles that capture their interest in the store, using their cell phones and any other smart mobile device (such as tablets). The Anti-theft device (with an application & electronic driven Locking/Unlocking mechanism) that depends on the completion of payment processing to enable the customer's cell phone to electronically deactivate the anti-theft device, wirelessly. Individually and collectively, CPSSC and RFID anti-theft device provides a cell phone self-service check-out facility/system that eliminates the need to go through the cashier.
MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR DEACTIVATING A ZIPPER ALARM
Embodiments relate to a security system for securing items within any cavity, of any object, which may be opened or closed with a zipper. The security system includes functionality to detect the opening and/or detect the closing of a zipper. The security system may be configured to trigger an alarm if the zipper is opened while the security system is in an armed state. The security system may be configured to not trigger the alarm if the zipper is opened while the security system is in a disarmed state. The security system may be armed and/or disarmed via a wireless signal.
Signal processing system and method
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, a signal processing system is provided, comprising: a receiving unit configured to receive at least one signal that comprises a plurality of multipath components; a verification unit configured to correlate at least one multipath component under test with a reference signal derived from one or more of said plurality of multipath components. According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, a corresponding signal processing method is conceived. According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, a corresponding computer program is provided.
