SMART THERMOSTAT HUB
A smart thermostat hub and a management platform for controlling and securing smart devices in a multi-family residential property are disclosed. Smart thermostat hubs may bi-directionally communicate with the management platform using a LoRaWAN communication link and communicate with smart devices present within an apartment of the multi-family residential property via a non-LoRaWAN communication link. Smart thermostat hub may provide a gateway or bridge between the management platform and an offline door lock, thereby enabling access credentials for an offline door lock to be disabled from the management platform, and may serve to facilitate remote configuration of other smart devices, such as thermostats and smart light fixtures, for example.

Wireless tag-based lock actuation systems and meihods
Described herein is a wireless electronic lockset. The lockset is capable of connecting to a mobile device via a first communication protocol and/or a second communication protocol. The lockset sends a value to the mobile device via the first communication protocol and receives an actuation command via the second communication protocol if the mobile device has been verified by a server. The actuation command causes the lockset to lock or unlock the door.
ZONE LEARNING FOR ENABLING FRICTIONLESS BUILDING INTERACTION
According to one embodiment, a method of conserving energy while seeking to wirelessly actuate an access control using a mobile device is provided. The method including: searching for a wireless signal at a first rate; detecting a wireless signal; generating a zone of interest; detecting positional data of a mobile device; and searching for a wireless signal at a second rate greater than the first rate when positional data of the mobile device indicates that the mobile device is within the zone of interest.
Automatic emergency door unlock system
In some implementations, systems and techniques are described to automatically unlock a front door of a property in response to detecting an alarm signal indicating an emergency at or near a property. Data indicating occurrence of an emergency condition at a property is initially obtained. A lock configuration for an electronic lock of the property is determined. An unlock instruction is generated for the electronic lock based on the determined lock configuration for the electronic lock. The unlock instruction is transmitted to the electronic lock such that, when the unlock instruction is received by the electronic lock, the electronic lock is unlocked according to the unlock instruction.
Lockout management systems and methods with multi-keyholder electronic locking devices
This disclosure provides systems and methods for lockout-tagout procedures and systems supporting the same, including, without limitation, locking devices that can store and be locked simultaneously by multiple keyholders. In various embodiments, a single user can add multiple keyholders to a locking device. The user may not be able to remove anyone as a keyholder except himself or herself. Thus, the locking device may remain in a locked state until each of the added keyholders applies their digital key, password, PIN, and/or other personal identifying information to unlock the locking device by removing themselves as a keyholder.
AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM
An authentication system comprising: a plurality of communication devices; and a control device configured to execute a process on a basis of information obtained through wireless communication between the respective communication devices and another communication device that is different from the plurality of communication devices, wherein each of the plurality of communication devices includes a wireless communication section configured to perform wireless communication with the other communication device, and the control device determines that the other communication device is successfully authenticated in a case where any one of a plurality of pieces of information regarding distances between the respective communication devices and the other communication device satisfies a designated condition on a basis of the pieces of information regarding the distances obtained through the wireless communication between the respective communication devices and the other communication device.
