SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CHANGING BEACON IDENTIFIERS FOR SECURE MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS
A system includes a casino management server and an electronic casino device that includes a beacon configured to wirelessly communicate with personal devices of players. The device transmits a request for a custom beacon ID to the casino management server, receives the custom beacon ID from the casino management server in response to the request; and configures the beacon with the custom beacon ID, thereby broadcasting the custom beacon ID to the personal device of the player. The server receives, from the personal device of the player, a pairing request that includes a received beacon ID as received by the personal device based on the broadcasting, validates that the received beacon ID matches the custom beacon ID, stores a valid association between the personal device of the player and the electronic casino device; and authorizes connected actions to be performed by the personal device based on the association.
Distributed side wagering methods and systems
Various techniques are disclosed for facilitating side wagering activities conducted at a casino which includes a casino gaming network. In at least one embodiment, the gaming network includes a plurality of gaming devices, including a first gaming device. A side wager request may be received for placing a first side wager relating to a first target. An identity of a first player associated with generating the first side wager request may be determined. A first side wager session may be automatically initiated. In at least one embodiment, the placing of the first side wager includes placing first wager on a game play-related event or activity associated with the second person, wherein an outcome of the game play-related event or activity is influenced by a decision or action of the second person. In one embodiment, the first side wager includes first side wager criteria specifying that an outcome of the first side wager is related to at least one event associated with a different player's game play which is associated with the first target.
Management system for table games, substitute currency for gaming, inspection device, and management system for substitute currency for gaming
A detection system according to the present invention includes a control device detecting fraud performed in a game table by using a result of an image analysis performed by an image analyzing device, and substitute currency for gaming used for this detection system has a multi-layer structure in which a plurality of plastic layers having different colors are stacked, a coloring layer is included at least in the middle, and white layers or thin-color layers (may be layers having a color thinner than that of the coloring layer) are stacked on both sides of the coloring layer disposed in the middle. A multi-layer structure, in which a coloring layer is included, and white layers or thin-color layers (the layers may be layers of a color that is thinner than that of the coloring layer) are stacked on both sides of the coloring layer of this middle, is employed.
SYSTEM FOR COUNTING QUANTITY OF GAME TOKENS
A chip recognition system in which a chip is configured to at least partially have a specific color indicative of a value of the chip includes: a recording device that uses a camera and records a state of the chip as an image; an image analysis device that subjects the image so recorded to image analysis and recognizes at least the specific color and a reference color that is present in the image and differs from the specific color; and a recognition device at least including an artificial intelligence device that uses a result of the image analysis by the image analysis device and specifies the specific color of the chip, wherein the artificial intelligence device of the recognition device has been subjected to teaching using, as training data, a plurality of images of the chip and the reference color irradiated with different illumination intensities.
GAMING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A gaming system is described comprising a playing surface having a game wager placement area having markings thereon for identification and placement of wagers entered by a player, the game wager placement area defining a plurality of locations, each such location indicating one of a set of standard available wagers associated with an outcome of the game outcome generator; a game outcome area including a game outcome generator configured to determine and show one of a plurality of chance game outcomes; a plurality of tokens each having a nominal value, each such token being placeable onto a selected location on the game wager placement area, thereby to constitute placement one of the set of standard available wagers; whereby wagers may be placed according to a set of predefined wagering rules associated with the said plurality of locations; a feature entry outcome generator configured to determine, for each game event having a pre-determined wagered amount, a choice between at least a first outcome with a feature entry probability and a second outcome. The gaming system is set up such that in the event of the first outcome the game outcome generator is caused to determine and show one of the plurality of chance game outcomes and wagers placed by a player are settled based on the nominal value of each placed token in accordance with the set of predefined wagering rules; in the event of the second outcome the pre-determined wagered amount is lost; the feature entry probability is determined by a calculation that takes account of the ratio of the pre-determined wagered amount to the total nominal value of each placed token. A gaming method is also described. The game is for example roulette.
Methods and systems for controlling a graphical user interface in a live-casino environment
Methods and systems for controlling a graphical user interface in a live-casino environment are provided. The method comprises, at a plurality of remote electronic devices, each having a display apparatus and at least one user input device: displaying a graphical representation comprising a live video stream of a physical table game surface upon which a turn-based live casino game involving betting is played. The game surface has a plurality of player areas. The graphical representation further comprises a plurality of graphical player elements for each player area. The method includes determining which of the player areas is associated with each remote electronic device, and for each launch of a game cycle of the live casino game, updating the graphical representation on each display apparatus. And digitally zooming in on one predefined area of the game surface based on the determined associated player area for the individual remote electronic device.
