The snap-on cover is configured to be snapped on the base thereby creating a hermetically sealed waterproof structure. The housing also includes an information tag insertable into the housing and visible through the transparent portion of the housing.

A rolling information display apparatus configured to rotate on the rolling surfaces of a roller grill is provided. The apparatus includes a tubular shaped body configured to roll in contact with the rolling surfaces of a roller grill.
