Different aspects of the invention implement a sensor module that can be configured as a keyboard module or as a pedal module, allowing to connect a plurality of keyboard and pedal modules to assemble a configuration to the user's liking, such as, for example, the usual configuration of an 87-key piano together with two pedals. The sensor module transmits information about detected key or pedal strokes to a computer application for playback, either aural or visual. At the same time, the sensor module allows, both in the keyboard module and pedal module configuration, to transmit the feeling of playing a real piano.

An effector mounting plate is provided, which can protect wiring when carried while enabling work on the wiring. A back surface side of a plate is covered by a back case, and wiring (not shown) can be stored in a space formed between the plate and the back case. Therefore, when the plate and the back case are used as an effect pedal or carried, an external force can be prevented from acting on the wiring. Therefore, the wiring (jack) can be prevented from falling off an effector or from being forcibly bent and broken. By removing fastening screws, the back case can be removed from the plate to open the back surface side of the plate. Therefore, work on the wiring such as work of connecting/disconnecting the wiring to/from the effector and work of checking the wiring before performance can be easily performed.

A pedal board includes an attached member and a plate. The attached member includes an attached surface on which an effect device is arranged, and at least one accommodation part formed on the attached surface as a recess capable of accommodating a wiring connected to the effect device. The plate has elasticity, formed with an opening and placed on an attached surface side of the attached member, wherein the effect device is fittable into the opening.

A visual remote control assembly includes a housing hosting firmware suitable for allowing communication between the visual remote control assembly and a show computer; a display screen capable of receiving the communication from the show computer, the communication including data regarding a show performance, the display screen displaying the data regarding the show performance in an in-use operation of the visual remote control assembly, wherein the data regarding the show performance includes a song setlist including a current song, a next song, and a previous song; and a plurality of control mechanisms interacting with the firmware to thereby allow instructions to be sent to the show computer upon a user actuating the plurality of control mechanisms. An electric guitar comprising a rotatable disc positioned underneath the guitar strings and comprising a plurality of attachment points; at least one pic comprising a body configured to be received by an attachment point of the rotatable disc and a flexible wire member extending from the body away from the rotatable disc; drive means configured to rotate the rotatable disc relative to the guitar body such that each time the at least one pic passes the at least one string it engages therewith causing the at least one string to vibrate and the at least one pickup generates an electrical signal; and an output jack for outputting the electrical signal to an amplifier.

A pedal board apparatus includes a single-tier, a double-tier, and a triple-tier variant, wherein each tier includes a deck having a top surface and an opposing bottom surface. Each deck is bound by a first sidewall and a second sidewall. Each sidewall comprises a plurality of ports providing ingress and egress for cables and/or connectors. Each deck has an incline wherein the first sidewall has a greater height than the second sidewall, and each intermediate sidewall has a height greater than the second sidewall. A modular mounting system may include multiple parts couplable together to form a customizable assembly of parts. A sound signal generation device according to one embodiment includes a memory storing instructions, and a processor that implements the instructions and execute a plurality of tasks, including a signal generation task that generates a sound signal based on first operation data corresponding to an operation to a key, and an attenuation control task that controls an attenuation velocity of the sound signal to one of a first velocity or a second velocity that is faster than the first velocity, based on the first operation data, and second operation data corresponding to an operation to a pedal, wherein the attenuation control task varies a value of the second velocity based on an operation velocity of the key included in the first operation data to control the attenuation velocity of the sound signal to the second velocity.
