Magnetic pickup positioning mechanism for electric musical instruments
The magnetic pickup positioning mechanism for electric musical instruments is mounted beneath the strings between the neck and bridge of an electric musical instrument like the electric guitar or bass. It includes a length of “C” profile track fastened to the guitar and one or more slide-swivel assemblies that twist-lock into, slide and rotate along the track. Magnetic pickups are mounted to the slide-swivel assemblies that allows the player to use their hand to slide and rotate the pickups to various positions and angles between the neck and bridge in order to get a wide variety of tones.
ELECTRIC GUITAR PICKUP SELECTOR SWITCH POSITION LOCK
Mechanical methods for temporarily securing the pickup selector switch of an electronically amplified string musical instrument with multiple electromagnetic pickups into anyone of its available position.
Connector device for electronic musical instruments comprising vibration transducer
A connector device for electronic musical instruments. The connector device comprising input electrical connector means that receives electrical signals generated by pickup means for an instrument. The instrument being played and a vibration transducer mechanically attached to the input electrical connector means or provided as an integral part of the input electrical connector means, such that vibrations from the instrument are transferred to the vibration transducer. The vibration transducer generates an electrical output signal based on the vibrations. The connector device comprises electrical output connector means that receives the electrical signals generated by the pickup means and the electrical output signal from the vibration transducer and provides these signals to equipment. The connector device further comprises a mixer that combines the signals v.sub.g(t) from the pickup means and the signal v.sub.vib(t) from the vibration transducer. The mixer provides output signal v.sub.o(t) that is a weighted combination of the input signals.
Instrument trigger and instrument trigger mounting systems and methods
An apparatus, system, and method for a magnetically and releaseably attachable trigger for an instrument is provided. Additionally, the trigger provides for an increased sensitivity of sound by being in direct physical contact with the surface on which it is attached.
Electric guitar pickup selector switch position lock
Mechanical methods for temporarily securing or stopping the pickup selector switch of an electronically amplified string musical instrument with multiple electromagnetic pickups.
Electric bowed string instrument structure
An electric bowed string instrument structure comprises a longitudinally elongated frame (2) having a central recess (8) provided with a bottom (9), a fingerboard (5) anchored to the neck (4), a tailpiece (7) anchored to the rear end portion (6) of the frame (2), a plurality of strings (13) extending between the fingerboard (5) and the tailpiece (7), a bridge (12) adapted to support the strings (13), a pick-up (14) adapted to intercept the vibrations produced by the strings (13) and to be connected to sound amplifying means, a soundboard (11) interlocked in the recess (8) in a transversely offset position with respect to the bottom (9), the soundboard (11) being convex with a convexity facing towards the strings (11), the pick-up (14) being arranged below the soundboard (11).
ELECTRIC BOWED STRING INSTRUMENT STRUCTURE

AUDIO PROCESSING METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM
An audio processing method, apparatus, and system. The processing method is applied to a sound pickup, and the sound pickup is connected to a controller. The method comprises: receiving timbre instruction information sent by a controller (S101); and analyzing the timbre instruction information, and carrying out, according to the timbre instruction information, timbre processing on audio that is picked up, wherein the timbre instruction information comprises timbre addition instruction information and/or timbre change instruction information (S102). The selection of various timbres in an audio processing process is enabled, the requirement for the integration of the related functions is met, and user experience is improved.
Device for switching electrical or electronic systems for picking up the vibrations of the strings of a musical instrument
A device for switching electrical or electronical systems for picking up the vibrations of the strings of a musical instrument having a front face includes: a cradle to be fastened or integrated to the front face and provided with a unit for electrical connection to an amplification circuit; at least one barrel that is provided with at least two pickup systems, which is fitted to the cradle so as to be mobile in rotation with respect to the cradle between at least two positions so as to place, in each position, one pickup system in working position opposite the strings and that includes a unit for electrically coupling at least the pickup system opposite the strings to the connection unit; and a unit for rotating the barrel. The axis of rotation of the barrel is substantially parallel to the front face when the cradle is fastened to the latter.
Electric guitar with replaceable pickup, and pickup element for same
The electric guitar contains at least one pickup in a recess on the guitar body. This pickup can be installed in a mounting frame and has electrical contact points which lead via a cable to the output port on the guitar body. The pickup has a fixing plate on its rear side, which is screwed onto the height adjuster of the pickup via a threaded bush at a variable distance from the base plate of the pickup. It contains spring-loaded pins which are electrically connected to the coils of the pickup. The fixing plate can be inserted without tools from the rear of the guitar body into a recess in the pickup frame and removed again from the pickup frame without tools. When the pickup is inserted, the pins on the fixing plate are connected to the electrical contact points on the mounting frame and the fixing plate is held in place on the mounting frame by means of permanent magnets.
