Transport apparatus
A first transport apparatus includes a deck for supporting a patient thereon and a lift mechanism supporting the deck. The deck is removable from the lift mechanism for use as a second transport apparatus or part of a second transport apparatus. The first transport apparatus further includes an electrically powered device at the first transport apparatus, and a user input device for wireless control of the electrically powered device, which is operable at or near the first transport apparatus and the second transport apparatus.
Systems and methods for powered wheelchair personal transfer
The invention includes methods and apparatuses for patient transfer from a rollable chair to a bed and back. A rollable chair includes a first frame having a seat; a second frame coupled to the first frame, the second frame having a backrest configured to move relative to the first frame; and a third frame coupled to the first frame, the third frame having a track having a curvilinear length configured to allow the first frame to rotate and to translate relative to the third frame. A bed includes a chair-receiving frame configured to couple to the first frame of the rollable chair. The rollable chair and the bed work in tandem to transfer a patient, for example using coordinated, automated motions.
Multi-functional and multipositional bed
A bed includes a telescoping foot-end leg at a first end; a telescoping head-end leg at a second end opposite from the first end; a rotating frame that rotates on a lateral first axis extending between an upper portion of the foot-end leg and an upper portion of the head-end leg; and a tilting frame supported by the rotating frame. The rotating frame tilts on a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The tilting frame is configured to support the patient's entire body. The foot-end leg and the head-end leg are configured to be telescoped while the patient is on the bed such that the height of the foot-end leg is lower than the height of the head-end leg and a slope of the first axis is at least 15 degrees.
CARE BED COMBINING WHEELCHAIR
The invention discloses a care bed including a bed frame and a wheelchair. A head panel, a tail panel, a foldable first lateral connecting portion and a second lateral connecting portion of the bed frame constitute an accommodating space of the bed frame. The bed frame has a notch formed at the folded first lateral connecting portion. The wheelchair is moved by the carriage base into the accommodating space through the notch. The backrest, the first armrest, the second armrest, the leg-rest and the footrest of the wheelchair are regulated into a co-plane with the seat to constitute a mattress. The mattress fits the accommodating space of the bed frame.
Armrest locking mechanism and integrated bed having same
An armrest locking mechanism includes a lever and an armrest lock. The lever is configured to unlock a movement of an armrest. The armrest lock is configured to unlock a movement of the lever.
Patient Transport Apparatus With Stowable Footrest
A patient transport apparatus for patients. The patient transport apparatus comprises a litter including a front assembly. The patient transport apparatus further comprises a footrest assembly operatively attached to the front assembly. The footrest assembly includes a footrest deck section and a linkage assembly operatively attached to and extending between the front portion of the front assembly and the footrest assembly to guide movement of the footrest assembly relative to the front assembly between a stowed position and a deployed position.
Patient Transport Apparatus With Linkage For Articulable Footrest
A patient transport apparatus for patients. The patient transport apparatus comprises a litter including a front assembly. The patient transport apparatus further comprises a footrest assembly operatively attached to the front assembly. The footrest assembly includes a footrest deck section and a linkage assembly operatively attached to and extending between the front portion of the front assembly and the footrest assembly to guide movement of the footrest assembly relative to the front assembly between a stowed position and a deployed position.

A bed includes a chair-receiving frame configured to couple to the first frame of the rollable chair. The rollable chair and the bed work in tandem to transfer a patient, for example using coordinated, automated motions.
MULTI-POSITION BED FOR LONG-TERM PATIENTS
The present invention relates to a long-term bed designed to support patient recovery by offering multiple positions to make the patient's stay more comfortable. These multiple positions help reduce pressure points to prevent the formation of bedsores on the patient's skin. Additionally, the bed aids patient recovery by providing continuous leg movement exercises, which prevent the loss of mobility and the potential formation of blood clots. The bed is equipped with a touch screen that the patient can operate independently or with the help of a family member. The touch screen will feature a specific program allowing the bed to adopt the following positions: lying down with extended legs, standing with extended legs, lying down with raised legs, lying down with extended legs, continuous leg movement in the lying position, and continuous back movement from horizontal to inclined in a seated position.
