Garment with integral wipe zones
Hydrophobic fabrics and garments made therefrom are provided. The fabrics and garments in accordance with aspects herein comprise at least two seamlessly adjacent woven zones, where the first fabric/garment zone comprises substantially planar surfaces, and the second fabric/garment zone comprises a plurality of integrally raised structures on at least one of the surfaces of the fabric/garment. The integrally raised structures in the second fabric/garment zone are continuously woven/knit with the first zone. The integrally raised structures in the second zone of the fabric/garment are provided on the garments, in accordance with aspects herein, as wipe zones for transferring fluids away from a wearer's skin upon the wearer rubbing their wet skin off on the wipe zone(s).
Garment having selected stretch zones
A garment portion made primarily from a material with low-stretch characteristics, having defined stretch zones with greater flexibility is provided herein. The stretch zones have slits through the garment portion. An interior layer having higher stretch characteristics than the garment body portion is affixed to the internal surface of the garment body portion in the area of the stretch zone. The result is a garment portion that is primarily constructed with a low-stretch material that has stretch zones allowing greater flexibility.
Apparel design system with bounded area for asset placement
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. As the user designs apparel, the system provides feedback as to what designs can be used, such as avoiding technical constraints with their designs.
Protective Garment and Seam Tape Used Therewith
A protective garment is disclosed that is reusable and can be relaundered over 70 times. The garment is made from a single layer barrier fabric. Any seams on the protective fabric are covered with a seam tape. The seam tape can include an adhesive layer, a cover layer, and an optional film layer positioned between the cover layer and the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer can be a crosslinkable polyester polymer.
LIGHT-REFLECTIVE MARK FORMED WITH LIGHT-REFLECTIVE YARN
The invention provides a light-reflective mark formed with light-reflective yarn. The light-reflective mark is made on a sheet material, the sheet material is an article that can be sewn or embroidered or a knitted fabric; the light-reflective mark is a pattern formed with graphics and/or texts, and is formed by combining one or more than one light-reflective yarns with the sheet material by sewing, embroidery or weaving. Thereby, daily supplies or clothing can be provided with the light-reflective mark of the invention, so as to improve the safety of daily activities. The light-reflective mark can be made into an aesthetic pattern, or a pattern or a text with a specific shape, such as graphic or text of a logo, so that the article or clothing with the light-reflective mark is fashionably and aesthetically pleasing.
Apparel Design System with Allocation Insights
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. As the user designs the garment, the system provides the user insight in their design process.
RESPIRATORY MASK AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION
A respiratory mask includes a mask fabric body made of a woven fabric having weft yarns and warp yarns, said fabric yarns comprising at least one yarn selected from yarns of a plastically bendable material and elastic yarns or threads.
Protective Glove
A reusable protective glove with antimicrobial properties. The reusable protective glove is formed from several layers incorporated together. A palm side of the reusable protective glove is formed from a polyester base layer and an antimicrobial outer layer. The antimicrobial outer layer is manufactured from copper mesh fabric or copper metal powder mesh. A back side of the reusable protective glove is formed from an expandable fabric material which is attached to the palm side along a seam. The reusable protective glove is tear resistant. Additionally, the antimicrobial outer layer is capable of killing pathogens on contact preventing retransmission of the pathogens.
PROTECTIVE COMBAT CLOTHING
Protective combat clothing (PCC) may include a shirt and trousers, wherein the shirt and the trousers are at least partially made of woven fabric made of a composition of the materials comprising flame-resistant fiber, flame-resistant meta-aramid fiber, heat-resistant fiber, polyamide and anti-static fiber.
Face Covering
A face covering made from a single piece of fabric material includes a planar body portion that has a lower portion configured to cover a mouth and nose of a user and an upper portion configured to fold behind the lower portion. A first ear panel extends laterally away from the planar body portion along a first direction, and a second ear panel extends laterally away from the planar body portion along a second direction.
