LOOSE-LEAF GLOVE
20220151323 · 2022-05-19 ·

A loose-leaf glove is provided, including a dorsum top layer and a palm inner layer. The periphery of the dorsum top layer is combined with the periphery of the palm inner layer, and the palm inner layer is formed by plural palm inner surfaces. The peripheries of the plural palm inner surfaces are overlapped and combined. A tear line is imprinted at a place where the periphery of the dorsum top layer is combined with the periphery of the palm inner layer. Each palm inner surface can escape from the dorsum top layer by tearing the tear line apart. The separated palm inner surface is discarded, and a next palm inner surface is used instead.

The embodiments disclose a method including fabricating a nasal mask configured for preventing nasal inhaling of airborne Covid-19 virus, a self-adhesive nasal strip mask for inactivating air borne viruses being inhaled by a user, making the nasal mask using a breathable fabric configured for creating a breathable fabric filter for filtering out air borne viruses, providing at least two ear straps coupled to the nasal mask configured for a user looping the at least two ear straps over the user's ears, integrating a dorsum conforming nose piece coupled to the nasal mask configured for creating a gap free fit, and fabricating structural stitching in the nasal mask configured for maintaining a breathable space fronting the nostrils.

System and method for absorbing moisture within a face mask

A face mask (100) may comprise at least one layer of filtration material (218) configured to filter one or more harmful substances from the air breathed by a user; at least one layer of absorbent material (214) configured to absorb moisture exhaled by the user, wherein the at least one layer of absorbent material (214) spans the entire inner surface area of the mask (100); at least one layer of waterproof material (216) located between the at least one layer of filtration material (218) and the at least one layer of absorbent material (214) configured to prevent moisture from the absorbent material from contacting the filtration material; and at least one layer of anti-bacterial material (212) located adjacent to the at least one layer of absorbent material (214) and forming the inner surface of the mask (100). The face mask (100) can absorb moisture exhaled by a user.

PPE WITH ROTATING ASSEMBLY PROVIDING MULTIPLE FACE COVERS
20220134140 · 2022-05-05 ·

A personal protective device (PPE) comprising a face cover assembly and a bodysuit configured to be worn by a human user. The device protects users against airborne aerosol particles containing viruses or other infectious agents while enabling improved flexibility relative to prior art designs. The device includes a helmet-like” rotating face cover assembly that fits over the user's head and attaches to a collar on the biohazard bodysuit. This rotating face cover assembly has a plurality of different mask sides, each with differing geometries or other properties. The device enables a user to rotate (either manually or by electric motor) the masks and select a given mask side that best meets that user's needs. The different mask sides can accommodate different facial geometries, eyewear types, and use cases, such as operation in more hostile environments.

RECYCLABLE, ASYMMETRICAL-FACED COMPOSITE NONWOVEN TEXTILE HAVING VARIED DENIER
20220136157 · 2022-05-05 ·

Aspects herein are directed to a recyclable, asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile suitable for use in apparel and other articles and methods of making the same. In example aspects, the asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile includes a first face formed, at least in part from a first entangled web of fibers and an opposite second face formed, at least in part from a second entangled web of fibers. When incorporated into an article of apparel, the first face forms an outer-facing surface of the article of apparel, and the second face forms an inner-facing surface of the article of apparel. The first face includes features making it suitable to form the outer-facing surface such as resistance to abrasion, and the second face includes features making it suitable to form an inner-facing surface such as a soft hand.

SUSTAINABLE NONWOVEN TEXTILE
20220136152 · 2022-05-05 ·

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a nonwoven textile that is sustainable and that sustainably manufactured. The subject matter may be sustainable in one or more respects. For example, the nonwoven textile may be manufactured from recycled materials. In other instances, the nonwoven textile is itself recyclable to produce additional or subsequent nonwoven articles. In addition, the manufacturing processes used to make the nonwoven textile may consume less energy than other manufacturing processes.

Support garment

Aspects herein provide for a support garment having a vibration damping structure that is positioned between the breast contacting surfaces of the support garment. The vibration damping structure has a shape and/or material characteristics that enable it to substantially fill the space defined by a medial aspect of the wearer's breasts and the wearer's sternum. This positioning and placement facilitate the damping structure's ability to absorb and dissipate impact forces generated at least through the medial-to-lateral movement of the wearer's breasts during, for example, athletic activities.

Apparel Layer System
20230248097 · 2023-08-10 ·

Aspects herein are directed to an apparel layer system configured to provide variable levels of insulation, warming, or air permeability. The apparel layer system comprises a first layer of material and a second layer of material both extending in a first planar direction. A third layer of material is positioned between the first and the second layers of material and is selectively affixed thereto. An adjustment mechanism coupled to the second layer of material can be mechanically manipulated to shift the second layer of material between different positions or states to achieve variable levels of offset between the first and second layers of material in the first planar direction and in a second direction perpendicular to the first planar direction.
