In another aspect of the invention, a massage chair includes a legs and feet massage apparatus.

A massage device generally includes a massage stick, an accessory kit, and a rack. The massage stick includes a rod, two handle tubes, two massage tubes, eight bearings, two first sleeves, two second sleeves, three separation rings, and two nuts.
