Stretching Device
A stretching device that enables a user to employ the mechanical advantage of a multi-pulley system while performing various, prolonged muscle stretches; the stretching device including a first anchor assembly, a second anchor assembly, and a motion transfer line. The first motion transfer line has a first anchor body and a first motion transfer pulley; the first anchor body being attached to the user and the first motion transfer pulley being coupled to the first anchor body. Similarly, the second motion transfer line has a second anchor body and a second motion transfer pulley; the second anchor body being attached to a stationary object and the second motion transfer pulley being coupled to the second anchor body. The motion transfer line is terminally attached to the first anchor body and is trained around both the first motion transfer pulley and the second motion transfer pulley.

Massage device and removeable mounting system
A massage device mounting system may include two mounting elements, each with a slot for receiving a removable massage bar with a cylindrical shaft and two opposing bar ends mounted within the slots. A massage device is pivotally coupled to the cylindrical shaft and includes a bore through the central axis of the massage device. A massage device mounting system may also include an adjustable support for mounting the massage device within a doorway or for supporting the massage device adjacent to a surface, such as a wall or a floor.

Exercise Device
This application discloses a portable exercise device for flexibility and strengthening. In some embodiments, the device is comprised of one elastic band of surgical tubing or like material and one non-elastic band, with two pairs of looped handles tied to each end of the elastic band. These looped handles can attach to a user's limb without any need for grasping. The non-elastic end of the device can be affixed to an anchor point. The exercise device offers light but adjustable resistance via a resistance modulator, allowing the user to engage in a full range of standing and seated exercises with forces comparable to swimming. In addition, two instances of the device can be combined to engage both the user's hands and feet simultaneously.
MUSCLE THERAPY DEVICE
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a portable muscle therapy device that can be used for physical therapy, fitness and exercise by creating compression to a joint/muscle while performing movement exercise (flossing) to restore mobility and pain relief. The muscle therapy device may include an elongated shaft comprised of a plurality of detachable segments that allow a user to change the length of the elongated shaft and convert the elongated shaft into separate bars. For example two bars may be formed, one for each hand of the user, and a resistance band may be attached to each bar. Additionally, the muscle therapy device of the present disclosure provides for the ability to attach a handle on one end of the elongated shaft to mimic a canoeing and stand up paddle for back, core and shoulder exercise.
Massage device
A massage device can include a first wheel assembly, including a first base; a first wheel supported at a predetermined distance from a first side of the first base; at least one first stem attached to a second side of the first base; the massage device further including a body, the body having at least one socket, wherein the at least one socket is constructed and arranged to receive the at least one first stem, and wherein the body is constructed and arranged to prevent the at least one first stem from rotating within the at least one socket; and two or more arms connected to the body, wherein the two or more arms are constructed and arranged to removably mount the body onto a wall of a building.
Back and spine decompression device
A spinal decompression system comprising an anchor portion and a working portion operatively coupled to the anchor portion. The anchor portion is adapted to anchor the spinal decompression system to a mechanical ground. The anchor portion comprises an anchor strap. The spinal decompression system comprises a pair of arm supports to support a user's arms in a raised position. The pair of arm supports are operatively coupled to the anchor strap to form a load path from the pair of arm supports to the anchor strap. A load cell is disposed in the load path to sense an applied load applied by the pair of arm supports. The pair of arm supports have an adjustable height to adjust the spinal decompression system to apply a desired load to the users arm to unload at least a portion of the user's bodyweight.
