Safety glove with fingertip protective member
A safety glove having a protective member or insert extending around the fingertip of the safety glove is provided. The protective member may be positioned along the outer surface or the inner surface of the glove. Alternatively, the protective member may be integrally formed between two layers of glove material. The protective member terminates distally from an interphalangeal joint line to enable finger flexion in order to grasp an item, such as a slab of meat to be deskinned in a skinning machine. The glove may include a rough outer surface formed from thrice dipping the glove and allowing the glove to cure. Additionally, the glove may have a width near the wrist that is wider than the width near the palm to enable the glove to be rapidly removed (i.e., doffed) in an emergency event of the glove getting caught in a rotating blade on the skinning machine.
Tool Retaining Pants Assembly
A tool retaining pants assembly for an electrician includes trousers to which a plurality of retainers is engaged. The trousers can be donned by a user so that the trousers substantially cover the user from a waist to ankles of the user. Each retainer is selectively engages a respective tool of a plurality of tools of a trade, such as electrical, plumbing, and the like, so that the respective tool is removably engaged to the trousers.
Load-bearing jacket
A load-bearing jacket. More specifically, a jacket comprising an outer layer made of heavy-duty cloth material, removable jacket sleeves, a vest shell, a removable vest liner, an integrated connector system, and an integrated tool belt system. The integrated tool belt system, in some embodiments, includes at least one belt strap permanently affixed to the jacket on one end and having a locking system on the other end.
Gripping Aid
This disclosure describes a gripping aid to improve the hand-to-handle interface. The gripping aid increases the grip span of a user by bridging the anatomical gaps in the user's finger and thumb. The gripping aid provide a structure along the thumb web to oppose the gripping force of the fingers/thumb to increase grip strength. In some implementations, the gripping aid may be composed of a crush resistant and further include a fulcrum point to add instability to increase the speed and/or torque of each swing of a handle. In some implementations, the gripping aid may also provide a reduction in vibrations and superficial hand traumas normally caused when the handle strikes an object.
Double-layered flame resistant garment
A flame resistant shirt includes an outer layer that has a main body portion and a pair of sleeves. The main body portion terminates in a bottom edge. The flame resistant shirt also includes an inner curtain that is coupled to an inner surface of the main body portion and has a top edge and an opposing bottom edge. The top edge of the inner curtain is located at a waist region of the main body portion and the inner curtain extends downwardly therefrom and the bottom edge of the inner curtain is disposed above the bottom edge of the main body portion. The inner curtain is intended to be tucked into a bottom garment, while the outer layer is intended to be worn untucked.
GOWN
A garment, particularly a garment useful in a medical setting, comprising a gown that provides an acceptable barrier between a wearer and certain contaminants as well as easy doffing, the gown having a neck opening, two sleeves, a body portion including a front body portion and a back body portion, one or more panels, and/or one or more doffing features.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING
The present invention provides a protective clothing having high dust proof property which prevents powder dust from entering into the clothing and having high air permeability for comfortable work, in which the temperature does not rise easily even in summer. A dust-proof clothing using the following dust-proof material, wherein i) the dust-proof material has a fiber layer and an electret nonwoven fabric layer, and a total number of the fiber layer and the electret nonwoven fabric layer is 2 or more; and ii) in the dust-proof material, the fiber layer and the electret nonwoven fabric layer, which are adjacent to each other, are adhered on a region having an area ratio of 5% or more and 10% or less.
User operational space context map-actuated risk prediction and reduction cognitive suit
Generating a risk and constraint labeled context map of an operational space is provided. The risk and constraint labeled context map of the operational space corresponding to a user of a cognitive suit is generated to drive the cognitive suit contextually using three-dimension reconstruction, virtual reality, and semi-supervised learning. Labeled risks and constraints in the risk and constraint labeled context map are associated with cognitive suit actuation events to deploy a set of mitigation strategies to address the labeled risks and constraints. An apparatus embedded in the cognitive suit is actuated to deploy the set of mitigation strategies in response to sensing a labeled risk or labeled constraint proximate to the user along a trajectory of the user in the operational space.
SMART GLOVE
A smart glove includes a glove for housing and triggering electronic modules having a sensor; a triggering member for triggering the electronic modules; and a slide provided on the glove for partially or completely enclosing the electronic modules. The slide is made of a flexible material and comprises a base; two side walls extending from two side portions of the base; two channels extending starting from a first end of the base towards a second end of the base; a protrusion connected to the base from a connection end of the protrusion and extending between a channel; a lock end located at an end of the protrusion not connected to the base and extending from the protrusion perpendicularly or in an angled manner; a slot provided on an opposite end of the base without the lock end, comprising a hollow and extending from the base towards a roof.
WEARABLE POWER GENERATION DEVICE, WEARABLE CLOTHES CAPABLE OF GENERATING POWER AND POWER GENERATION METHOD
A wearable power generation device, wearable clothes capable of generating power, and a power generation method are provided. The wearable power generation device includes at least one magnet unit, at least one electromagnetic induction unit, and at least an energy storage unit electrically connected to the at least one electromagnetic induction unit. The magnet unit and the electromagnetic induction unit are respectively disposed to be worn on different parts of an animal body. During movement of the animal body, the magnetic flux passing through the electromagnetic induction unit is changed to generate an induction current by changing the relative position of the magnet unit and the electromagnetic unit. The energy storage unit is configured to convert the induction current generated by the electromagnetic induction unit into electric energy for storage.
