A portable human exoskeleton system includes a pelvis module, a leg module and a foot module. The pelvis module includes a bendable member and a pelvis module connector. The present disclosure provides a waist rotating mechanism. The waist rotating mechanism includes: a back connection structure (10), where the back connection structure (10) is configured to connect to the back of a user, and a mobile apparatus (11) is disposed on the back connection structure (10); and a rail (20), where the mobile apparatus (11) is disposed movably on the rail (20). A limb assistance device for assisting in the movement of a lower limb of a user. The limb assistance devices can attach to or be integrated with a stability aid (e.g., a walker or parallel bars). The devices may comprise an adaptor bracket configured to attach to the stability aid, an elastic cord coupled to the adaptor bracket, and an adjustment component attached to the elastic cord. Moving the stability aid (e.g., the walker) may cause the attachment component to pull the shoe of the user along with the stability aid.

The neck support provides a fulcrum that defines head movement to a pivoting motion about a first axis (X) which runs sideways substantially along the shoulder line of the body, a pivot connection between the head support and the base element defines head movement to a pivoting motion about a second axis (Y) transversely to the first axis, and by its floating suspension the head support defines head movement to a pivoting motion about a third axis (Z) running in the longitudinal direction of the neck and body.
